The chill of the Sith Castle prison still clung to my skin, a reminder of the long days I had spent within its suffocating walls. My boots scuffed against the stone floor, the sound mingling with the heavy footfalls of the guards flanking me on either side. The air was thick, damp, and cold as if the castle itself sought to seep into my bones one last time before I left it behind.
The guard's face hidden beneath dark helmets, moved with purpose but without words. I could feel their gazes on me, even through the steel visors. But I kept my head high, my shoulders squared. I would not allow them the satisfaction of seeing any hesitation in my step. I had spent enough time in this place, shackled and silenced; no more.
