JASPER'S POV
A scream woke me, and it rang so loud in my ears that I jolted up on the bed. I turned to check on Tatian and there she was eyes crunched and her body jolted off the bed as her hand fisted on the bedding.
"What the hell?" I muttered as the second cream rose and I placed my hand on her stomach to push her down on the bed and retracted it immediately I felt the heat from her body. My hand moved to her forehead and I noted that she was burning up. "Tatian" I yelled her name to wake her up and then her eyes snapped open, and the pupils turned blue.
"Hot" I heard the hushed words that escaped from her mouth. " I feel so hot Jasper. What is wrong with me?"
"You are burning up Tatian" I informed her, and her eyes darted to mine and I saw the fear and worry in her eyes.
"My head is burning. I can feel my powers are unstable—no idea why "She responded.
"Come on" I pulled her up and added, "Take a bath to cool down your body."
