NIKO'S POV
It was nightfall when Talon, Cedric, and I left the inner chambers and went to the Royal palace grounds. It seems that Talon had already sent the guards to clean up the grounds and we found the place had been cleared of all the weeds and plants that had overgrown on the walls.
We got to the center of the royal ground and Cedric was the first one to speak and ask " What are we doing here?"
" We are here for a test," Talon explained.
" What test ?" Cedric raised an eyebrow.
" Stand back " I responded and Talon pulled Cedric back and they stood at a distance as I paced up and down and then I pushed my powers and shifted. In a matter of seconds I had shifted and in my place stood a large dragon. I turned my large head and stared at the red wings that almost filled the grounds.
" What the fuck ?" Cedric gasped as he raised his head to stare up at me.
" Oh Niko, your dragon is great." Talon beamed.
