An hour later, Ryan arrived at the hospital for work. He was informed of a surgery he needed to perform that morning.
As he entered the operating room with his colleagues, the procedure began. Regina was meant to be part of the surgical team, with Ryan as the lead surgeon, but she hadn't arrived before they started.
"Where's Regina?" one of the nurses asked.
"I have no idea. We can't wait any longer," Ryan replied, glancing at the clock.
Regina showed up only after the red light in the theatre was activated, preventing her from entering.
"Sorry, I'm late!" she called out, but the door was already closed.
After a lengthy surgery, the doctors emerged to inform the patient's relatives that the operation was successful.
"Thank you, doctor! How is he?" one relative asked anxiously.
"He's stable. The surgery went well," Ryan reassured them.
Ryan returned to his office, and Regina barged in.
