Though it was said that people were coming, it took a week before they actually arrived.
It wasn't as if they could just drop everything and rush to our Star Peak Sect.
It was an official visit, so they had to do things properly.
But all that did was serve to annoy those that were coming.
When they arrived, it was clear by the looks on their faces that they were very anxious.
Like they were worried that something would have happened in the time that they weren't able to come to the Star Peak Sect.
The elders talked amongst themselves while the young…went looking for a certain thing. Or rather, it was better to say that all of them went looking for a certain someone.
That ended with them coming to the courtyard that had been prepared for me at the Star Peak Sect.
Since this was an official visit, it wasn't as if they were going to the Falling Star Sect, so we were waiting in the Star Peak Sect.
