8:00 PM: Jiwon did a pose as the camera shot the last photo of him. He waved goodbye to his agent as he left the building, looking to the sky he realized it was gloomy and gray. He silently walked to the car waiting for him and hopped in, once he was buckled in, he took his phone from his pocket and checked it. He had a few new messages from his friends which made him smile; his eyes practically disappearing when he smiled.

He read his friend Minseok's message first. He was hoping that Minseok would come see him off at the train station today. Today was Jiwon's last day in Busan. He had come to Busan for two weeks because some clothing stores and magazine companies had wanted him to model for them. His agency, though, is in Seoul. He had been modeling for nearly four years now and had become one of the most popular male models in the country.

He texted Minseok. "Hey are you still going to come see me off at the train station today?"

"Yeah of course Wonton, why wouldn't I?" Minseok responded almost immediately.

"Yay! \(^o^)/" Jiwon had a way of showing his excitement even through messages.

"I just might not be able to get there until the last minute." Minseok added.

"Oh how come (〒〒)?" He questioned.

"My agency is making me work really hard on a new choreography." Minseok answered. "If that is okay?"

He then smiled as he typed his next reply, "of course it's okay hyung, do your best and work hard! I can't wait to hear your new songs. Also I'm just glad you're going to take the time to see me off."

"Okay great, my break just ended so I have to go now, see you later Wonton! ^^" Jiwon knew Minseok was often busy, he was an idol after all, so he didn't mind if Minseok came to see him at the station a bit later.

When he was done with messaging Minseok, he opened his other message. It was from his best friend Kittichai. Kitt lived in Busan, but Jiwon hadn't told him that he was in Busan this week. Jiwon didn't want to worry his friend because Kitt had asked him if he was going to be in Busan anytime soon, he then had added that he didn't want Jiwon to be in Busan. Something about how eerie the place had been feeling to Kitt and it made him worried. Jiwon had simply assumed that his friend might've watched too many horror movies recently. Horror movies could've been causing him a slight case of paranoia; it seemed plausible enough to Jiwon. Kitt was a pretty quiet person though and usually kept his worries to himself, so it took him by surprise when his best friend had sent him messages about how uneasy the city had been making him feel recently. Kitt had said that he didn't want Jiwon to be in the city while it felt uneasy to him.

Kitt's message was sent around one in the afternoon. His message said "I still have a really bad feeling. It is worse today than it has ever been before. I feel so unexplainably restless."

Jiwon re-read the message more than once, he was worried about his friend. His friend wasn't one to worry so easily. Even though he was often shy, he was never an easy person to scare.

Concern was written on his face as he responded. "Maybe it is the gray sky. The day was quite gloomy. It could make anyone feel uneasy. Are you feeling okay now though?" Unlike Minseok, his best friend didn't reply immediately. Looking down at his phone the message had a notification.

"Message failed to send, tap to retry," he quickly tapped the retry button, but the message came up again. Kitt never had his phone off at any point during the day. He tapped on his driver's shoulder and asked, "Can you take me to my friend's apartment?"

The driver quickly glanced back at the model. "You have to be at the train station in twenty minutes though?" His driver reminded him.

"I know, but my friend is more important than catching the train. Besides, it will only take three minutes from here." He said as he pointed to a building at the end of the road. The train station happened to be just down the road to their right.

"Okay." The driver relented.

The driver pulled up and parked right outside the apartment building. Jiwon hopped out of the car and ran into the building. He got into the elevator and hit the button for the seventh floor. The elevator felt like it took forever. When the elevator hit the seventh floor, it dinged. He burst out of the elevator, nearly running over some elderly women. He was trying to do this as quickly as possible, so that he could check on his friend and still make the train.

"What was his apartment number... ah! Apartment number 713." He muttered to himself as he went through the hallways.

He knocked on the door three times, and when no one answered he decided to enter anyway. He knew Kitt's passcode and punched it in, opening the door slowly. His eyes wandered around in search of his friend. He looked near the bed first, the bed had black bed sheets and was unmade. There were clothes all over the floor as well, but he didn't see his friend anywhere amongst the unkempt bedroom.

"Kitty?" He called out hoping for a response. No response came much to his dismay.

He double checked every room of the apartment. Before he returned to his driver. The driver then drove him to the train station. He bowed politely to the driver before he entered the station. He pulled out his phone and dialed the police department as he walked. Of course, maybe he was just being paranoid; but it concerned Jiwon so much because Kitt left him with such a skeptical message and then suddenly his messages won't go through to him.

A man picked up the phone quickly, "Hello, police department, state your emergency." The man on the other end sounded friendly, so it put him at ease a little knowing that the officer would probably help regardless of whether or not it was a small matter.

"Hi, I'm calling you out of concern for my friend. He isn't home and he hasn't been answering my calls and messages. Actually they won't even go through. I would like you to help me locate him..?" Jiwon knew how ridiculous he must've sounded, he would've even laughed at himself if he wasn't so worried. After all, for all the officer knew, the young man's phone had died while he was shopping or something.

He was expecting the officer to laugh at him or hang up because it wasn't worth his time. So when the officer responded, he was surprised.

"Of course, can you tell me your name?" The officer asked politely.

"My name is Kim Jiwon" he felt relieved the officer was attempting to help.

"Now what is your friend's name?" The officer questioned.

"His name is Kittichai Shinawatra... or you could try Park Hosung." Jiwon responded.

"Kittichai? Hold on a second." A small whispering sound followed by some shuffling sounds came through the phone and then someone else answered.

"Hello? Jiwon-ah?" It was Kittichai, Jiwon released a huge amount of breath in which he was unconsciously holding.

He got onto the train and stood by the door waiting for Minseok as he bombarded the younger with questions. "Where are you? Why aren't you at your apartment? Why aren't you getting my messages? Why are you with a police officer?..."
