Neska looked at the elf with sadness, he looked back at the scar and then back to the elf.
"All this, and for nothing." He sighed looking at the burnt soil beneath him. "What was I thinking?" He asked him, he was not one known for violence, he might be sketchy but prompting an activity that would cause the destruction of plants around and the soil, that wasn't like him.
"I have no means to stop you, go on, survive." He said, his voice coarse, like there was mucus in his throat. The burn had dehydrated him a lot, his eyes was red and his fur and cloak were burnt and dirty.
Finrod put his blade back into his flank, and he walked. He walked past the sullen funari and then a couple of steps away, just some centimeters before the trees, he looked back.
"Goodbye." He said and hopped into the trees.
