The priestess asked, but Princess Yunjin's hand shot out, gripping Sui's arm defiantly. The conflict between her desire and the priestess's instructions was palpable, and Sasha could see that the princess was determined to keep Sui by her side.
"We will share a room here. The room has plenty of space, and I want Sui to be nearby to serve me in emergencies. You may leave now, priestess. I want to be alone with my guard now."
Princess Yunjin dismissed the priestess with a wave of her hand, and Sui watched as the priestess, her face a mask of agitation, bit her lip before swiftly retreating. That left Sui alone with the princess, the tension in the room palpable.
Sui usually felt fine being alone with the princess, but she could not help but feel weird this time.
