Princess Yunjin was not going to give up.
Just because her brother had said 'no' to her did not mean she would stay back and do nothing.
She would not have needed his permission if the emperor had not allowed Yunjin to go after Sui. She was going to cross the border herself.
She was almost out of the imperial palace when she ran into Duke Victor.
He was the last person Princess Yunjin wanted to run into, but she kept calm and did not look at the man much.
She hoped to go unnoticed when the duke spotted her leaving and let out a big sigh.
"There is no reason for you to sneak out, Yunjin. I already know what you are planning on doing. Do you think you can fool me?"
Brother Victor asked while tapping his feet. He looked agitated, and there was a good reason for that.
Despite everything that happened, Sui was still trying to sneak her way out and toward the Azure empire. There was no reason for the Duke to be happy.
