As soon as Sui turned to look for Lady Misha, the street peddler disappeared in the blink of an eye. When she looked at where that man was sitting, he was no longer there.
"Sui, what are you doing here? This is not where I asked you to wait for me! Stop moving around whenever you please! It can be dangerous for you to not be with me while we are out here."
Lady Misha made an offended face, but he also looked concerned for Sui's sake. Her concern was baffling but touching at the same time.
'Do I look that fragile that Lady Misha has to tell me to stay put? I must assure her I am fine and can care for myself.'
Sui felt amused as she looked at Lady Misha's expression. It was a mix of concerned and offended, still shifting between them.
It almost felt like Lady Misha was unsure what she wanted to think for Sui, so she felt a mixture of these two emotions.
