"Where were you all this time? Do you know how long I had to wait for you in this room? I thought I was going crazy waiting for you."
Grand Duke Lucius tapped the table, and he crossed his legs to look more intimidating in front of the crown prince.
While all the guards and maids dutifully bowed their heads upon the crown prince's entrance, the Grand Duke, in a blatant display of disrespect, did not.
He looked at the maids around him, and they got the signal to get out of sight.
"Hmm, I know how long you waited for me here. After all, I sensed it when you entered the capital. I just had something urgent to do before our meeting."
The crown prince did not look offended.
He was in a happy mood, and his body language felt cheerful when he sat in front of the Grand Duke.
Lucius could tell that something had happened that made his crown prince so happy, and he could only guess a few things that would put him in such a mood.
