"Is there something you want to say, Sui? Could you speak up now? Your silence is troubling me."
The princess looked outside the window when she ordered Sui to speak her mind.
Sui was hesitant to follow those instructions because she did not want to annoy the princess with her concerns, but she also felt safe with the princess.
Somehow, Sui knew that the princess would neither harm her nor make light of Sui's concerns. That is why Sui decided to ask the princess what was on her mind.
"Princess, why did we leave Lord Dimitry behind? This carriage had enough room to bring him along, right?"
Sui shifted in her seat once she asked this question. She did not know what to expect as an answer from the princess.
"Dimitry has his carriage he can use. There is no need for me to be concerned with his well-being."
The princess assured Sui that this was not the question Sui had asked her.
