Blood was splattered everywhere as Sui killed off the first demon.
The second hesitated before attacking Sui, but the allure of gaining access to the magic around her was too great.
In the end, it caved in and attacked Sui as well. And her fast reflexes took care of the second demon as quickly as she did the first one.
If Sui had stopped to consider what she had just done, she would have been stunned at how much power her body had.
However, the adrenaline rush controlling Sui did not allow her to think of such thoughts. Her mind was about exterminating the demons and returning to the princess.
"At my current strength, facing off against a dozen or so demons does not sound impossible. I am sure that I will be able to take them all on."
It was a suicidal thought, but doing so felt right to Sui.
She no longer had the golden core that would lead demons to her, but Sui's senses were now hyperactive.
