[15 years in the future, in the Court of Fontaine, Opera Epiclese: Trial of Furina, Archon of Fontaine]
As the people of Fontaine digested the information that they were they were actually Oceanids transformed into humans through the power of the primordial sea, and parts of the prophecy fell into place, with so much going on, nobody noticed the figure that carefully crept up the stairs the the balcony where Furina sat alone, silently crying as her Facade as the Hydro Archon of Fontaine fell away.
Carman knelt carefully next to the catatonic Furina, and used a handkerchief to carefully wipe away her tears. "It's ok Ms. Furina, your not alone, a certain blonde adventurer is going to help you see that, unfortunately I won't be there, I'll be needed else where, there is someone who needs saving."
Carefully placing the handkerchief in Furina's hand Carman glanced over at the forms of Lumine and Paimon who had noticed him. If her was his younger self, he might have felt it jarring to see them again, the main characters of a game he had played standing in front of him. With a gentile smile on his face he mouthed I'll leave her to your capable hands, Honorary Knight. Before pressing a button on a device in his hand, hearing a crackling sound he spoke, "Ryuzu it's almost time, as soon as you detect dimensional disturbances, activate the medium module and beat that whale. Do not let it escape, it has the answer for the lives it ruined in Possion."
Hearing confirmation, Carman slipped into the shadows, his upgraded stealth making it impossible for anyone other than Neuvllette to sense his location.
Slipping under the stage, he opened the access panel to the Oratrice's inner workings that Liney has used earlier, walking into the glowing machine he activated various hidden mechanisms which opened up a path for him.
While he walked he could feel the presence of another person surrounding him, Focallors, he could sense through the ambient Hydro particles her anticipation and melancholy, she was too busy to put the final stages of her plan 500 years in the making into motion.
Making his way to the core of the machine, Carman took a metallic pole out of his storage alongside a base to stand it on. Taking a seat on the ground, Carman took a few additional items out of his storage, a small token emblazoned with the sigil of light which he started flipping along his fingers and a small contraption constructed of gears that gowed with a myriad of colors as he channeled his energy into it.
With a thought he activated his domain of Demi-Divinity causing the lines of fate to become tangled and flow in ways nearly impossible to predict. The small token crumbled in his hand. His consciousness slipped from his body and entered the mental space maintained by the oriceice.
