Mr Victor and Tisane's father greeted each other Gayly.
It was as if they were very close old friends.
"Hey Elizabeth" Mr Victor said with a smile as he gave Tisane's mother a warm hug and a peck on the cheek.
"You're looking beautiful every day" he complimented her.
"As you're also looking handsome" she replied.
"Well, I gotta maintain this look so the ladies will keep dreaming eh. Haha"
Mr James, Tisane's father, shook his head as he urged;
"You better take a seat Vik or your shamelessness is gonna push you down"
As they were all seated, Tisane's mother asked;
"Hey Victor, what about Victoria?"
"Hah" Mr Victor smiled wryly.
"She's quite confused on what to wear for the fundraising next week. So she went downtown to buy some new dresses"

"Eh. And what's wrong with women?"
Mrs Elizabeth glared at him playfully.
Tisane watched as his friends also took their seats as food was passed around.
He saw as Tunde and Ibrahim argued over who will get the extra meat and fish in the serving bowl.
He watched as the eccentric Jennifer told hilarious stories, making everyone roll with laughter.
He also noticed the ever beautiful Melvina as her teeth shone through her broad smile.
Their eyes met and she winked at him, making him smile and wink back.
The atmosphere was jolly, as everyone spoke about their most embarrassing moments which made everyone guffaw with laughter.
After sometime, Tisane's immediate sister, Rejoice suggested that they all go out to the amusement park.
It was quickly seconded by Jennifer as everyone began clearing up the dishes.
As everyone prepared to leave, they were surprised when they saw a minivan packed in front of the house.

So together in the minivan, they all went to the amusement park.
Over at the amusement park, they met up with Mr Victor's wife, Mrs Victoria and their two daughters.
"I thought you went downtown to shop" Mr Victor was a bit surprised.
"I did, I was able to finish on time, so I decided to join you guys" she replied.
They all agreed to meet back at the minivan and hour later.
Tisane and his friends picked a particular location in the park that had a couple of iron benches.
As of now, everyone was busy exploring one exciting spot or another in the park so very few people actually occupied those benches.

"I've been calling you for the past thirty seconds"

"You're sure?" Bayo asked.
"Yeah yeah" Tisane nodded and was about to excuse himself when a pair of soft hands grabbed his arm.
