Davien paced his cabin. The space was big enough to fit more than the cabin bed. There was a desk, a makeshift wardrobe, some books and the windows had been sealed shut before they were covered with a dark curtain to prevent any light from getting in.
Davien had dozed off at some point, even though he had wanted to stay awake the whole time. He had wanted to be alert the moment Tharus and Bel came back to the ship. Though he knew she might not be pleased to see him on the ship, he didn't think she would be so cruel as to send him out in the daytime. More like he hoped she didn't hate him that much.
