The sudden surge of a familiar aura took Eren by surprise, especially since he hadn't expected it so soon.
Until now, he had known that Mist was not at the Academy which made him a lot more confident. He was able to run amok, because there was no one like her here.
"She is back?" His eyes narrowed at the thought. There was no denying it. Even though he didn't see her return, this aura was undeniably hers.
He could also feel the spatial restrictions around the Academy becoming a lot stronger suddenly, her intentions being as clear as it could be.
The aura was unmistakable-it belonged to someone he had hoped to avoid for as long as possible. Someone powerful enough to disrupt his meticulously laid plans, especially since everything wasn't in place yet.
There was another thing he was able to infer from her actions.
