'I thought God wasn't real'
'yet, the thing standing in front of me is what most people would consider as God'
"So, I have died"
"You have, however, surprised me," the white light that I saw in front of me said,
"Most souls brought here would have been shocked to see my appearance, yet you stand here unfazed"
'well I didn't care if a God existed in my previous life, but as I scan the area, this is mostly what believers would describe as heaven' I thought to myself,
"This is not heaven that you humans believe in and I am not your God" The white light became brighter, "this place is merely my domain"
'so it's not a god yet powerful enough to summon a soul from the afterlife' I pondered even more on what kind of being this white light was,
"I have summoned you here because you have been chosen"
"We have chosen you, to investigate the worlds that have been uncontrolled for millenniums and perhaps-" Before the white light could even continue, I had cut it off,
"so what's in it for me" I wouldn't just accept someone's plea even if it was a god or a demon if it wouldn't benefit me,
as I said that, the white light stopped talking,after a while, it talked once more,
"FREEDOM and ADVENTURE TO YOUR HEARTS CONTENT,"
"Explore different worlds and a long journey, isn't that what you always desired"
as soon as I heard those words, something inside my soul was telling me to take the offer,
" I accept, however, may I know why was I chosen, I mean why me of all the souls drifting in the afterlife" Something inside me is telling me that this supreme being and his companions are hiding something important,
"We have chosen you because an anomaly had been mixed in your soul, that said anomaly was some of the items we were watching out for, yet a simple mistake made it combine with your soul"
I looked at the being with a questioning look, however, I did not push further as I did not know the limit of this being's patience, 'even though it might not kill me, as it needs the thing inside of me, I'm convinced that keeping on this beings good side might be beneficial'
"well then, I got the gist of the story where am I headed then?"
"you're headed to a world named Terravil, this world was once a beautiful world however suddenly it got infested with monsters, this is the first time we will send a summon there, so I have no information to give much to you"
"that doesn't help much, how will I even survive in that world"
"of course, we don't intend to send you there empty-handed, we intend to give you a combat skill and a companion"
"The combat skill will be yours to choose and you may ask what your companion may only come from your memories"
'the combat skill will be useful however a companion? what would be the use of that? is it there just to keep me from turning insane?, well I don't mind but I want someone useful' I thought for a while about what companion I wanted and came to a conclusion,
"for the companion, I want a system that may help me like in those video games" That might be the most useful companion I may have stored in my memories,
"We are unfamiliar with what you request however by accessing your memories my companion may be able to replicate it"
" I have given enough information, are you now ready to begin your journey?"
" I am" thinking about the journey I'll have sends chills in my soul,
"I'll start chanting for the transfer then"
as I heard the chant, the whole domain I was standing on began to crack, and before I noticed the domain shatter everything became dark.
