As everyone talked, mainly those seven Club Heads, Aleron found out that Rias was 19 years and six months old, the youngest Legendary of the Empire who became legendary at 18, and the only one with the highest purity of the Longinus Bloodline in the past six generations.
Among the six children of the Emperor, she was the only girl, the only Princess. Rias Longinus—the precious golden apple of the Longinus Royal Family and the whole Empire.
Just a year ago when she broke through to Legendary, she went to the Great Herald Labyrinth and cleared its last floor, awakening her Diving Blessing twice due to her potential, and creating a record of the youngest one ever to clear the Great Herald Labyrinth.
Aleron understood why she was treated like this here and also understood her importance to the Empire.
'These seven lunatics are obsessed with her,' Aleron wryly smiled and wondered. 'Does Rias have max stats in Charm or something?'
"Alright, we've talked enough. Now it's time to see how much you all improved while I was gone," Rias said with a grin. "Let's go to the floating stadium."
"By the way, Rias…" Leo said as he looked at Rias with a plain expression that showed a hint of seriousness. "Is the tournament condition regarding the trial still present?"
"Ah, yes, I was about to tell you this but it slipped from my mind," Rias nodded. "The condition is still present and Aleron is also given the same condition."
All seven of them had their eyes brightened upon hearing that.
'Although you all can't win against Ale, I don't want to discourage you,' Rias internally smiled.
'So good luck.'
She believed that Aleron was simply hiding his strength and felt he was much more powerful than shown on the surface.
But the Club Heads were determined!
"Ale Rivenal. I apologize for the remark I made, but I will come to take that spot with my everything," Daniel said with a severe and determined expression.
"Keep dreaming," said Lily, the pink-haired girl with a cute snort. "Only I will go there with Princess Rias."
"Come on, Lily," the light brown afro-hairstyle short guy, slim and short, snickered loudly.
"You are weakest among us. No chance for you."
"Shut up, Tarok. Do you think you stand a stance? Humph."
"Stop fighting," Selene rolled her eyes and waved her hand, creating a magic circle that covered all of them. "Hold tight, we are transporting."
"Transporting?" Aleron raised his eyebrows. 'Space power?'
Rias smiled and answered, "Selene is a genius in Space Syllabus, and the talents she awakened are also related to that."
"Cool," Aleron nodded and observed the magic circle. Instantly, he felt resonance with it as its knowledge flooded in him.
'I'll check this out later. The Falran Kingdom's library didn't have much knowledge of the Space syllabus.'
In the next second, all nine of them disappeared and arrived at the floating stadium above, the biggest one which also had 500 seats in the surroundings for spectators.
"Princess Rias and Club Heads are sparring!"
"Let's go!"
"You all heard the announcement that rang a minute ago, right? The guy that Princess Rias found is also there!"
"Tsk, how dare he try to steal Leo-sama's spot."
"The tournament will prove everything."
"I want to see what he can do. I heard he came from some village in Falran Kingdom's territory?"
Aleron saw the uproar of students below and could also make out some sentences students spoke, but he shrugged away shortly and looked at the battleground while the stadium started filling up with spectators.
'Time to learn,' Aleron's eyes glinted, thrilled to watch how they combat and learn.
'I need to create some skill runes so I can execute skills instantly. I'll create some skills according to the combat style I like to develop while watching them and then spar with them!' Aleron thought.
'Oh yeah, I also need to see the next pages of that Grimoire.'
"Ladies and gentlemen! How can such a juicy combat session start without your favorite commentator?" A chubby man with a round tummy and silky blond hair arrived, floating with a pair of black wind wings above the battleground.
"Roland," Rias nodded and greeted the chubby guy with a smile.
"Hope you had a great journey, Princess," Roland chuckled before his voice rose a few notches, spreading far away and filled with hype.
"So who is entering the ring for the first match against President Rias?!"
Rias was already at the center of the battleground since she wanted to spar, but those seven Club Heads intently looked at each other after Roland finished speaking, their aura turning serious.
The stadium also turned silent as students whispered.
"And so it begins."
"Yeah, I bet senior Leo will win."
"Nah, Tarok is faster when it comes to this."
Aleron looked at the seven of them standing in a circle as they soon stretched a hand outward.
"Don't tell me…" Aleron muttered.
"Rock!"
"Paper!"
"Blade"
Aleron almost fell on the floor hearing the last word. 'Blade, eh? Fine. It works.'
After three rounds, Leo won the game and jumped into the battleground while smiling. "Let's have some fun."
"I leave the rules to you," Rias summoned her staff as it slammed on the ground with a thud, blowing a gust of wind around her.
"Let's go with the Golden Strike rule."
Roland clapped as his voice echoed, "Ladies and gentlemen. The battle mode is Golden Strike."
Above the stadium, a big golden screen with two sections appeared. Each had a name above it.
[Rias] — [Leo]
"For the freshmen who don't know, Golden Strike mode is simple. The first one to smack their opponent on the ground will win."
"Ready?" Roland looked at Rias and Leo.
"Ready."
As both of them nodded, Roland started a countdown of 3 seconds to start their battle.
Aleron leaned back on the chair, keen to observe their battle while creating his skills but also feeling like something was missing something.
A second later, it clicked in him.
'That's right! Popcorn is missing! Hmm... I love popcorn and it seems suitable to eat in many situations now that I am in this world.'
'Umu, I need to make some of those,' Aleron nodded to himself, noting this down.
