Chapter 12 - It Begins

"Well…" Aleron coughed and thought for a moment before he adopted a rueful smile, "Falran Kingdom's stupid king treated me badly, almost killing me aft-"

"What?!" Odar exclaimed in shock, interrupting Aleron. 'They fucking dare hurt the Big Boss who is a boss of an Exceed powerhouse?… Dayum! They lost their minds.'

"Yeah, they almost killed me after torturing me," Aleron sighed.

Odar trembled. 'Tortured?'

"That's why Dax killed everyone in the city for my safety and made them Undead, hence turning this city into a Necropolish—a city of the dead," Aleron explained.

"..."

Odar needed time to digest this piece of bombshell that Aleron dropped.

Aleron looked at the city, thinking about the people who died as he sighed. 'Well, I only told Dax to save me, but he took extreme measures. I feel it was excessive, but...'

'He did it to save me and I am alive because of him. He did say the people are alive as undead, but their memories...' Aleron felt gnawed thinking about this, so he put it in the back of his mind, intending to resolve this later.

"My lord, the Demiplane is vast and seems to be full of islands that vary greatly in size," Darzax said as he opened his eyes after he finished a bit of scouting inside the demiplane.

At the same time, the Bone Dragon Merasul also arrived at the capital as it landed before the huge Royal Palace.

"So…can you put this whole city in one of the islands?" Aleron asked, his expression hopeful.

Darzax smiled and nodded, "The island this portal leads to is vast enough to fit in fifty cities like this easily. It is filled with abundant natural resources and monsters up to Legendary rank."

"My lord," Darzax added with a chuckle, "It is indeed a good idea to put the Necropolis in this Demiplane. I'll send in Death Lords inside first to clear enough area on the island for this city. Afterward, I'll transport the whole city inside at once by creating Shadow Displace Formation."

"So you can do it?! Awesome!" Aleron heartily laughed, thrilled at the good news!

Odar snapped out of his daze hearing Aleron's laughter, his eyes turning fiery, "Big Boss! The King of this kingdom was short-sighted and stupid! And I swear I will not tell anyone about this!"

"So, what task do you have for me?" Odar eagerly asked.

"Nothing for now," Aleron chuckled. "Just follow me and well, get strong. We are going to use the resources in this city and Royal Palace, and have the Alchemists create pills and potions to increase our stats."

*Boom!*

Just as Aleron finished speaking, 52 powerful auras appeared and kneeled before the bone dragon.

Death Lords. The strongest Death Lords were the former Court Mage of the kingdom and the Eldest Princess, who was also the strongest Magic Knight of the Falran Kingdom, former.

This duo stood at the forefront of the group, their aura, and appearance were also more powerful than others.

But all of them had some similar features. They had majestic demonic wings and looked completely different than what their race name suggested, Death Lords—each one had pale skin, two bone horns with patterns, fangs, red eyes, and giant demonic wings, which were folded at the moment.

"Stand by," Darzax commanded before turning to Aleron. "My lord, can you create the portal to this Demiplane anytime?"

"Hmm, let me check," Aleron waved his hand as the portal vanished.

He then looked at the empty area before the Death Lords' group and used the Demiplane Rune in his Source Space, causing a giant portal of 10 meters high and wide!

'So I can also control the portal's size? Nice!'

All he had to do was to think and activate the rune to open the portal to the Secret Realm of Eldertide Archipelago, which was freakingly bigger than planet Earth and filled with secrets and fun according to what he read in the Demiplane's status.

Darzax sent an Eyeball-bird inside again and raised his eyebrows before smiling, "The location of the portal is the same as before. Good."

"Then let's start," Aleron grinned.

Darzax put down Aleron and Odar to the ground with a wave of his hand as the Bone Dragon Merasul vanished.

"Death Lords. Enter the demiplane and clear enough area for this city to move in," Darzax commanded his Death Lords. "And do not leave the island after finishing your task. Collect natural resources and find resource spots. Mark all of such spots of the island."

"Understood!"

All Death Lords responded and started entering the portal while Odar continued to watch with a dumbfounded expression.

'That was the Eldest Princess of Falran kingdom who slayed and protected various areas of the kingdom…no one in this whole kingdom wouldn't recognize her. Her long wavy light green hair and face haven't changed…'

'I am not dreaming,' Odar pulled his cheeks as he looked around before stopping his gaze at the palace, his expression dazed once again, but this time in acceptance and not disbelief, 'Falran Kingdom is no more. Falran Bloodline is gone.'

'Holy shit!'
