I heard that familiar voice, and when I focused my attention and turned towards it, I noticed an angel in the distance, only three meters away, with a human silhouette. This time, unlike the last heavenly figure, which was a man, this time it was a woman, and it was much easier to see her as she did not shine like the previous one, so I could clearly see her body structure with a beautiful pair of white wings behind her, long hair that looks as delicate as silk, and a blunt fringe in the middle covering almost the entire forehead, leaving only tiny triangles on the sides of the fringe with a light yellow hue. There was a created light aura above them, resembling the light that helped me escape from the abyss. She had long eyelashes and short eyebrows perfectly covering her eyes from above. Speaking of her eyes, they were bright green with wonderful yellow rings around the pupils. Her nose, lips, and ears were all small and delicate. Her skin was of a pale, almost pale color, smooth, giving a sense of being easy to injure. She had rounded breasts with falling hair on them, the back and front of the same length. Her hands and legs, as well as her hips and body structure, resembled those of a model. The nails on her feet and hands were slightly long, just slightly protruding beyond them with natural color. She was wearing a long white dress with ruffles that covered her all the way down to knees, with a slight rounded opening at the neck. On her legs, she wore almost flat sandals, slightly raised under the heel with a thicker base, covering most of the foot, revealing only the hemisphere in front of the foot, clearly showing small and modest toes that scratched each other nervously. She seemed almost adult in appearance, but as an angel she had probably lived for hundreds of years. She also lightly scratched her hand from stress, looking sad as she glanced at me and said,
"Can you hear me at all, John? You looked at me for so long, is it so strange that you see me?" The familiar voice of the woman asked, looking at me awkwardly. "Is that you, Clare?" I responded with a question, surprised as never before, momentarily losing my speech and just staring at her. "Yes, it's me!" she finally smiled when I recognized her. "That's why you wanted me to go to sleep," I said, as if enlightened. "Yes, but mainly because your body was tired. Let me tell you why you are here and why your dream is so realistic," she proposed a story and then began. "You probably recognize this place because we are now in a place that is closest and most precious to your heart. I must admit that I am curious why it is empty, but I will try to ignore that," she laughed slightly and continued,
"You feel as if you are really living in this place now, but that's not true. If you look up, you will notice a black screen. It is a camera showing you at the moment you are sleeping. This is thanks to the system that allows you to do anything you want here without tiring your main body. We are here until your body wakes up on its own or you want to wake up. However, if you want to have dreams, you must fall asleep here. And don't worry, if something happens to your body, you will wake up in it immediately. We are now in a place between the real world and the one created in your mind. This is due to the system and the fact that I am now a part of you until your death," Clare explained as well as she could. "Wait, wait, wait, too much information. Let me summarize it," I said, not ready for all this, and then I started explaining what I understood.
"So we are now in a place closest to my heart? I feel like I have been transported here because I can't fall asleep until I do it here? And this place has a camera showing my body from above at any given moment? But if I get injured in my dream, it will immediately transfer me to the first dimension, which is reality... I'm confused by all this, but the most important thing you said at the end is that we are one, and that's why this is happening? As long as I live, you live, too? What does that mean?" I added, even more surprised than when I first noticed her.
"I'm sorry," she looked at me sadly and then started to get nervous again, but after a while, she added, "Your desire was to get a helper, a companion who would keep you company, so God was looking for such a person, but he was afraid that no one would be suitable for such a difficult task. That's why he chose me because he trusts me to lead you correctly. And I'm sure I'm the best fit for it!" she stated proudly and confidently in her voice.
When I heard this, I stopped being afraid, realizing that her intentions were right, and she wanted to help me. She literally became a gift from God, who trusted her. Therefore, I decided to be much kinder to my newly found friend from now on. "I understand, Clare. I'm sorry for reacting that way. I let my emotions take over, and all this information made me feel pressured and stressed," I looked at her and then turned away as if I shouldn't be looking at her. After a while, Clare grabbed my hand and said calmly, "You don't have to apologize. If anyone should, it's me," she smiled and added, "we are friends, aren't we? So let's act like it," she gently squeezed my hand, expecting me to look at her, so I did, and then she let go of my hand as gently as she could.
"By the way, your camera isn't working. I can't see anything," I said out of nowhere, as it puzzled me. Clare started laughing heartily, "I can't believe it's not obvious. Why do you think that is?" she looked at me as if I were a fool and chuckled politely every now and then. After a moment of thought, "Is it broken?" I didn't know why, so I tried to explain the simplest solution not to look like a fool. Clare stomped her foot angrily, shouting, "No!" and added, "Think again," looking at me with hope that I would understand without her explanation. So I thought to myself, *I went to sleep, and the camera showing me sleeping is all black, dark... dark!* I finally understood, "It's because it's the blue phase of the moon, and nothing is visible, right?" I quickly said proudly.
"Yes!" Clare smiled that I understood without her help. Later, we laughed at the situation, but something was bothering me, so I asked Clare, "Doesn't it bother you?" looking at her shyly. "What?" she replied curious. "That you will have to go through all this with me until death," I knew that no one would want to get attached to someone they just met. Clare suddenly became very embarrassed and blushed, then shouted emotionally, "No!" and then added softly, "It's a request from God himself, and as an angel, I will gladly fulfill it," she stated firmly and looked at me with a sparkle in her eyes that she would succeed.
"Okay, as long as it doesn't bother you, I'm glad," I extended my hand for a handshake, saying, "I look forward to a fruitful collaboration." Clare accepted my handshake, smiled, but something was annoying her. She closed her eyes, let go of my hand, and hugged my waist as tightly as she could. Seeing this, I was surprised, and when I tried to gently push her away, I noticed tears in her eyes. "Clare, is everything okay?" I asked, concerned.
"Yes, I'm sorry," she said, wiping away a few tears with her hand, looking a bit sad but not wanting to tell me what was bothering her. She smiled again, happy that we could see each other. "You can go to sleep now. This night will be long, lasting several hours. As soon as I see the white moon, I will wake you up to eat something," she looked at me with a smile, but there was a hint of sadness in her eyes. "Clare, you said that no matter what happens here, I won't be tired when I wake up, right?" I asked to make sure. "Yes, why?" Clare replied. "In that case, I'm not going anywhere. We'll spend the night together," I lay down on the floor and added,
"since this is a dream, can I create things here with my imagination?" I asked curiously, looking at her. "Yes?..." she answered, surprised why I wasn't going to sleep. After a moment, I focused hard, and suddenly, a wall appeared out of nowhere with a giant TV hanging on it and a game console with two controllers.
"Let's play then," I suggested cheerfully, thinking that this space between reality and dream was like heaven. After a while, I also imagined my favorite game, Minecraft, and added some delicious dishes like homemade pizzas and hamburgers. Then I looked at Clare, surprised, "Why aren't you coming?" she looked at me in disbelief. "Wait, what just happened? How did you do that with such precision?" she was speechless for a moment. "What do you mean? I just imagined what I wanted, and as you said, it became real," I replied uncertainly. "Impossible! Your imagination is so amazing. I can't wait to see your magic!" she looked at me proudly and cheerfully from above. "Is it that amazing?" I asked, interested if I had some kind of talent.
"Yes, very! You have a great talent, and I'm so excited," she finally took off her sandals, sat next to me with her legs crossed, and I asked, "Have you ever played games?"...
