Zhang Hei once again relied on Lu Ran to provide him with surveillance footage of the practice room in his company building. He did narrow the scope to just the practice room, knowing that Fu Wei Long only spent his time in the practice room when he was still in the company.
He started looking at the footage a few months before Fu Wei Long disappeared, but he only discovered something when checking one of the footage that happened a month before the young man disappeared. In the footage, he could see Fu Wei Long in the practice room with Xu Pei Jing.
At first, there was nothing strange because the two men were just chatting while sitting on the floor after Fu Wei Long finished his vocal lesson, but then Xu Pei Jing suddenly took something out of his pants pocket before giving it to Fu Wei Long. Zhang Hei even had to zoom in on Fu Wei Long's hand which had just received the object to confirm that it was the particular candy that Xu Pei Jing had just given him.
