In the underground space pierced by the sudden lightning, Zyhark stood in a pool created by Aqua, clenching his fists as a continuous surge of power flowed through his arms, completely unaffected by the usual weakness Devil Fruit users experience in water.

"Can you really do this? Are you really Aqua?" Zyhark asked, half in disbelief.

Aqua, annoyed by the question, snapped, "That's very rude, Zyhark. I'm a goddess, the Goddess of Water!"

"You said it yourself, Devil Fruit users are hated by the sea, and the sea is essentially water. So, as long as it's water, it's my domain. After all, I'm a goddess who can do anything!"

As Aqua shifted from annoyance to pride, Zyhark remained expressionless, "Speak plainly."

"I sensed a curse-like aura when you ate the Devil Fruit and tried to purify it."

"Well, thank you very much, Goddess," Zyhark replied, stepping out of the pool and gesturing to his wet clothes.

Though she didn't like being ordered around, Aqua complied, evaporating the excess water from his clothes.

"So, Zyhark, what power did you get?" Aqua asked curiously, reaching for Zyhark's hand to see if she could stretch it like Luffy's.

Then, a tingling sensation spread from her palm throughout her body.

Damn, it's the feeling of getting shocked...

Aqua jerked back, her heart racing.

With a sizzling sound, the flashing electric light illuminated the dark underground space.

In Aqua's astonished gaze, the tip of Zyhark's raised finger gradually disappeared, transforming into blue arcs of electricity.

"Controlling lightning, creating lightning, becoming lightning—these are the powers the Rumble-Rumble Fruit has given me!"

Mentioning the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, his deep eyes showed a sincere apology.

Now, he couldn't sense any will from the Rumble-Rumble Fruit at all.

It had chosen him over Enel with great difficulty, but Aqua had purified it immediately!

Fortunately, the fruit's abilities remained intact. If even this crucial power boost had been purified, he would have had to give Aqua a hellish karate chop to send her to meet Eris!

However...

This incident proved that Aqua indeed had the power to purify Devil Fruit abilities.

But it had to be done at the moment the fruit was consumed. For those like Luffy or Smoker, who already had their powers, her purification magic wouldn't work.

In fact, Aqua's holy water, which countered Devil Fruit users, already hinted at her extraordinary nature.

It seemed that no matter how outrageous her actions were, they were not entirely unacceptable.

All that could be said was: Aqua is awesome!

Having figured this out, Zyhark pushed aside his distracting thoughts and focused on the situation.

"Aqua, never tell anyone about your ability to purify the sea's curse," he warned her gravely.

Her water abilities had already drawn the attention of the World Government. If it became known that she could nullify the drawbacks of Devil Fruit users, they would be in serious trouble, even with Garp's protection.

Not just the World Government, but famous pirates from the New World would come to capture Aqua for research.

Aqua, typically arrogant and ignorant of subtlety, was about to argue but stopped when she met Zyhark's unusually serious gaze.

"Okay, okay! I'll consult with you before using purification next time!"

"If you break this promise, I'll shake the yolk out of your precious bird egg, Aqua."

Knowing how unreliable her promises were, Zyhark added a double safeguard.

"What? No, that poor egg is innocent!" Tears welled up in Aqua's eyes as she clung to Zyhark's clothes in panic.

Yes, this would make her remember!

Satisfied that he had secured Aqua's compliance, Zyhark felt somewhat relieved.

While the issue of purification was resolved and he had gained the Rumble-Rumble Fruit's powers without side effects (despite the sea's negligible effect on him), many questions remained.

Would the power and potential of the fruit be affected?

Could he safely consume two or more Devil Fruits?

The former could be studied during the fruit's development, but as for the latter...

Zyhark had no immediate desire to test it, given his current physical limitations and the risk to his life.

That would have to wait until they acquired more Devil Fruits.

With these thoughts in order, Zyhark turned his attention back to the collapsed underground ruins.

The lightning had shattered the moss-covered altar, revealing more of the space.

Detailed murals appeared before him, depicting Moon residents commanding robots and a design for Enel's Ark Maxim, capable of traveling to the moon!

By the way, a charred Enel lay peacefully in a corner of the rubble.

Following the murals, Zyhark found several blue stone slabs inscribed with strange text at the end of the damp passage.

Those are...

Poneglyphs!

"How did these relics from the Kozuki Clan end up in a site related to Moon residents?"

Puzzled, Zyhark's body sparked with electricity as he disappeared from his spot, reappearing beside the blue Poneglyphs.

Without much thought, he summoned the Wishing Pool and casually tossed in one of the moss-covered stone slabs.

Would these invaluable relics be recognized by the Wishing Pool?

Buzz.

The Wishing Pool's shimmering surface rippled, but after a brief moment, the blue stone slab containing the secrets of the Void Century was ejected.

As expected...

Zyhark wasn't too surprised.

If he were to test further, it would need to be an even rarer Red Poneglyph, right?

With his newfound power from the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, his overall combat strength had jumped significantly, making it difficult for opponents below the level of Yonko or Admirals to threaten his life.

So, gaining power through the Wishing Pool could be put on hold for now.

The current priority was to find out what was recorded on these stone slabs found alongside Moon murals.

His instincts told him this would be the most valuable discovery of his Birka trip, aside from the Rumble-Rumble Fruit!
