Previously On Unknown: Akishima reflects on his battle with Kaori, acknowledging the strain on his stamina. He muses over past training sessions with Hisashi and Matsumoto's explanation of magic and martial arts. Tsukikage, trapped in Matsumoto's Temporal Gate, plots his escape and vows revenge on the old man.

*On The Second Floor, Shiden And Hisashi's Ongoing Battle…*
As Hisashi morphed into a more ominous and sinister form, a realization dawned upon Shiden.
"Wait a moment," Shiden examined, "what's going on?... What is he… doing."
*Over To Matsumoto…*
"Oh…." The old man murmurs while spectating the battle. "It seems as though this was the boy's plan all along," the old man commented, "dragging out the battle as long as possible while slowly syphoning Shiden's element." He continued, "Although he hasn't reached a 100% capacity for his element absorption, 70% is still good enough."
Watching the battle, Matsumoto came to a stop in his thoughts and then a smile played on his face as he declared, "But, you too Hisashi was being used throughout this battle."
*Back To The Battle…*
Abruptly, Hisashi dashes forwards and knocks Shiden far away and whilst Shiden is stunned mid-air Hisashi voices, "Turn Your Imagination Into Reality, Striking With The Force Of The Heavens, Purple! Purple Lightning Elemental! Purple Lightning Magic! Level 2! Shikyo Thunderbolt!"
A loud electrifying sound crashed throughout the clouds and then faster than the eye could see a large spear of electrifying purple lightning descended upon Hisashi's hands. With a thunderous roar and eyes radiating purple brilliance Hisashi throws the projectile straight at Shiden. The bolt of lightning collided with Shiden and as a result the lightning condensed then expanded outwards, flashes of its purple hues destroyed the edifice and the shockwave was so powerful it sent Hisashi flying but the boy managed to catch himself.
The explosion ended and left a cloud of dust behind. As the dust cleared voices of heavy breathing could be heard and when the dust settled Shiden was standing heavily bruised and bleeding.
After catching his breath, Shiden stared at Hisashi with a smirk then he let out an intimidating glare, his grey eyes turned bright purple in an instant and as he stood there he conveyed, "I think I've figured everything out now so let's end this!"
"On The Stairway To The Top Floor…"
Akishima walked step by step, his head up and eyes gleaming with determination. At the current moment he's mostly thinking about two things. One, being how much more steps before he reaches the third floor and two how much more time he has until the devil takes over.
"That darn devil gave me one hour until he gets to fight but I'm sure that most of my time has already gone by now because of my fight with Kaori," Akishima reflected, "well I can't stress on it I'll just have to move faster."
Currently it's 11:10pm on Garton which means only 50 minutes remain before the island gets destroyed and out of the 1 hour time limit the devil gave Akishima to fight, 35 minutes has already passed which means Akishima only has 25 minutes until his body gives out.
*Back To The Clash On The Second Floor…*
"Yeah, you're right. This next attack will end it all." Hisashi agreed with Shiden.
Shiden, whose clothes were torn and ragged, finished the job by ripping his upper clothing off which revealed his muscular yet slim figure. He continued to glare at Hisashi and began charging mana.
Hisashi synchronized with Shiden also beginning to charge mana. The four elements started to appear hovering in front of Hisashi one by one. First, fire, then water, followed by air, and lastly earth. But then an unexpected variable came into play, along with the four elements that formed into the shape of a square a fifth element manifested that turned the shape into a pentagon. That element being the purple lightning.
Shiden wasn't really startled as he expected as much, nevertheless he was a little surprised.
Shiden began to chant his final attack declaring, "Turn Your Imagination Into Reality, Striking With The Force Of The Heavens, Purple! Purple Lightning Elemental! Purple Lightning Magic! Level 10!..." As he chanted purple lightning flashed violently around him. The clouds in the sky started moving faster and faster and the clap of thunder rolled throughout.
On the other hand, "Turn Your Imagination Into Reality! The Four Elements Of Creation! Fire, Earth, Water, Air Combine! Plus The Electrifying Sparks Of The Heavens!..." Chanting his own spell, Hisashi began rotating his elements clockwise and as the five elements moved in a circle faster and faster they got closer and closer until they fully merged into a single point.
In the same instant, Shiden declared "Thou Shalt Be Punished With The Wrath Of The King Of The Gods, Thou Shalt Suffer A Million Times Over, Thou Shalt Be Tarnished, Punished And Destroyed, Thou Shalt Witness The Power The Gods Deploy…"
Hisashi also continued to chant his spell. "Elemental Fusion: First Level!..." He swung his arms forward and cuffed them together with the condensed orb of element energy within it, just as he did before. Sparks of yellow lightning flashed around him, he began sweating purfusely and his veins bulged, the strain was evident.
On the other hand, Shiden's body began radiating a bright purple. His body glowed so bright that the light escaped outside of the palace through the hole in the wall.
After fully charging his attack, Hisashi, with unwavering determination yelled, "True Elemental CANON!!!" An enormous beam of energy, one far greater than the one he used at the start of the battle headed straight for Shiden.
Shiden saw the attack coming and in retaliation he too launched his attack, screaming, "Begone Hisashi With The Power Of The God Of Lightning… Zeus's Wrath!!!" Shiden's glowing body reached its limit and a huge burst of energy expanded outwards from Shiden. Lightning flashed everywhere, ripping the ground and tearing apart the palace. This attack wasn't just intended to finish off Hisashi but everyone within the room. However, as you'd expect, Matsumoto wasn't fazed by this attack and simply manifested a barrier in front of him.
Hisashi's beam and Shiden's lightning made contact and so the struggle began. Hisashi was being pushed back, the power of Shiden was just too great. Hisashi tried and tried again but nothing worked. The clash was nearing its end and the victory seemed to be in Shiden's hands. But that was when, "Ugh, I can't win this. It doesn't matter how much I try, he's just too strong. A head on attack was a bad idea…" Hisashi mused, "What can I do? What can I do?... How can I… wait… That's it!"
Hisashi's expression of desperate struggle faded as he thought of something. "That's right…" he thought, "I've still got my other element!" In an instant Hisashi swung his right arm back and continued to fend off Shiden's attack with only one arm. In his right palm an ominous black aura gathered as Hisashi shouted, "I Shall Devour You Like A Black Hole… Voidborne: Kyu!!!" A small, deep, purple, black orb manifested in Hisashi's palm. He throws it into his beam with tremendous speed. The orb flew through the beam straight towards Shiden.
As the orb left the beam it instantly began absorbing Shiden's element. Faster than Shiden could react, his entire attack was absorbed and the orb that absorbed it vanished from sight. It was at this very moment that Shiden registered what was happening but before he could think any further Hisashi's beam came straight at him and in the next moment from an outside view of the palace, an abrupt loud explosion echoed.
Within the room dust covered everywhere and the trickling sound of falling rocks and stones broke through the silence.
Matsumoto's barrier dissipated, his gaze fixed through the dust and smoke. His stern look signified his anticipation of the outcome of the battle.
Once the dust settled, a huge crater was visible. Within the center of this crater Shiden stood and on the edge of the crater Hisashi stood, both were heavily exhausted, having passed their limit a long time ago.
Heavy breathing, as if trying to catch air for there survival, not to mention they're horrific state.
Shiden pants was torn and ragged his body was filled with burn marks and he coughed up blood. On the other hand, Hisashi was heavily exhausted to the point he was drenched in sweat, his muscles weaken and his bones crushed.
Both instinctively fell on the floor, unconscious. But right before Hisashi closed his eyes, he muttered weakly, chuckling, "T-the theory… was solved… I have become… The Theoretical, Sexta-elememtal." He lost consciousness and the battle is over.
*On The Stairway To The Top Floor…*
Akishima continues to walk up the stairs, his sheer determination not willing to let him down and after a few more steps he saw the entrance to the top floor.
"There it is. Finally… finally… FINALLY!!!… Prepare yourself, Yuji!!!" Akishima exclaimed, his voice echoing towards the third floor, finally he has reached his destination.
"Oh…" A man, whose face is shrouded in darkness, sat on his throne his right hand on his chin, elbow place on the handle of the throne, seated like a true king. "A-ki-shi-ma," the man teased, a manaical grin formed his expression followed by a devious chuckle as he continues, "How long I've awaited your arrival… finally, the show can begin."
