Chapter 5 - Little Brother.

Luna's POV

The blonde young man who was right in front of my face smiled as Dominick's voice boomed in the air. "Well, well, if it isn't the big shot Don himself," he sneered. "I see you've finally decided to show your face, brother."

Brother? My eyes went up, taking in his features—blue eyes, blonde hair, strong jawline, tall but not as tall as Dominick. On a closer look, they resembled each other.

He slowly turned his head to face Dominick, a smirk playing on his lips. "Relax, brother, I was just having a friendly chat with your lovely wife here."

"Friendly chat? What the fuck are you doing here, Damian?" Dominick barked, his angry footsteps echoing in the living room.

Damian, the young man, chuckled slightly, glancing at me. "I heard you guys got married recently, so I came to welcome your lovely wife to our family."

"If you cared so much, why didn't you come to our wedding?" Dominick growled, his fists clenching at his sides. "Again, what the fuck are you doing here, and why were you so close to my wife?"

Damian's face hardened as his eyes moved from Dominick to me. "Sol doesn't mind that I didn't come to the wedding. Isn't that right, Sol?"

I froze instantly, my mind racing as I tried to come up with a response. Damian's sudden presence and his pointed question left me feeling exposed and vulnerable. "I... I..."

He came to stand in front of me again. "What the fuck is wrong with you? Why are you suddenly acting so flustered?"

I didn't know how to answer that question, my gaze dropping to the floor. Moments ago before Dominick arrived, Damian had invaded my space, berating me for getting married to Dominick, leaving me confused and unsure of how to handle the situation. Was he having an affair with Sol?

"Damian!" Dominick warned, his voice sharp and commanding. "Stand back."

"Since when did Sol need you to defend her?" Damian mocked, amusement evident in his tone.

"Do you want to die?" Dominick's threat sent shivers down my spine, and I wasn't surprised to see Damian back off instantly.

Damian chuckled darkly, taking a step back from me. "Relax, brother. I was just joking with Sol. No harm done."

"Since you have already seen her, you can leave," Dominick warned, his voice brooking no argument.

Damian smirked, crossing his arms over his chest. "You see, brother, I've actually come to offer you a deal—one that could benefit both of us."

Dominick raised an eyebrow, skepticism coloring his features. "A deal? I'm not interested in it"

Damian's smirk widened, his eyes gleaming with malice. "Oh, come on. How about we join forces. With me by your side, we could rule this city together."

Dominick stared at him in disbelief, the audacity of his proposal leaving him speechless. "You expect me to trust you again and team up with you? After everything you've done?"

Damian shrugged nonchalantly. "It's just business, brother. And in this business, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead."

"Well I don't want to. So get the fuck out of my house or I'll have my men throw you out."

Damian's smirk faltered for a moment, replaced by a flicker of frustration. "Suit yourself," he muttered, turning on his heel and heading towards the door. "But remember, brother, this offer won't stay on the table forever. Think about it."

He shot me one last lingering glance before turning on his heel and striding out of the room, leaving behind a tense silence.

I looked up at Dominick, my heart pounding in my chest. "Who... who was that?"

Dominick sighed heavily, running a hand through his hair. "That was Damian, my little brother."

"Oh, I see."

"Why were you even downstairs?" Dominick's voice sliced through the tense air, his eyes boring into mine as he awaited my response.

"I forgot my phone on the couch," I mumbled, avoiding eye contact with him.

"Did he say anything to you?" Dominick pressed, stepping closer to me.

"He... he was angry that I got married to you. And said something about leaving you for him," I confessed, feeling a shiver run down my spine at the memory of Damian's words.

Dominick scoffed, rolling his eyes. "That bastard. Pay no heed to him, he's just bluffing."

I nodded weakly, already feeling overwhelmed by the situation. I turned to leave, but Dominick pulled my arm to stop me.

"You don't have the red dragon tattoo on your back?" he asked urgently, his eyes searching my exposed back.

"What?" I furrowed my brows in confusion. "I don't understand."

"The fucking red dragon tattoo on Sol's back," Dominick exclaimed, frustration evident in his voice. "Why don't you have it?"

I recoiled slightly, feeling uneasy under his intense gaze. "No, I don't want it."

"Why?" Dominick's tone bordered on desperation.

"I don't like tattoos," I muttered, feeling a sense of unease creeping over me. "Is that a bad thing?"

"Did he see your back?" Dominick's voice rose in frustration, causing me to flinch.

"Who?" I asked, feeling more bewildered by the second.

"Damian!" Dominick yelled, startling me.

I shook my head quickly. "No, not at all."

He breathed a sigh of relief. "Don't ever let anyone see you like this. And besides, why did you change your dress to this?" He eyed me up and down, a hint of amusement in his gaze. "Were you trying to seduce me or something?"

I felt my cheeks flush with embarrassment under his scrutiny. "I... I was just changing before I realized I left my phone downstairs."

I had been trying on some clothes in my room when I remembered that I left my phone in the living room. I didn't bother to change before coming downstairs.

"Cat's got your tongue?" Dominick's sarcasm grated on my nerves, and I tried to pull away, but his grip tightened on my arm.

"I didn't say you could leave. I'm not done talking to you," he muttered darkly.

"You're hurting me," I winced, struggling to break free from his hold. "I didn't dress up like this because of you."

He chuckled darkly, his breath hot against my ear. "Is that so? Then why the fuck are those small perky boobs out and staring at me?"

"You're... you're mistaken," I stammered, feeling utterly exposed under his gaze.

He leaned in closer, his lips dangerously close to mine. "Poor little girl, you must be dying for me to fuck you good until you're begging me to stop."

My legs trembled slightly, and I felt a sudden wetness between my thighs. "I don't want... you," I whispered, though I wasn't even sure if it was true.

"Is that so?" Dominick smirked, his lips brushing against mine. "Let's find out."

Without warning, he captured my lips in a fiery kiss that sent shockwaves through my body. I tried to pull away, but his strength was overpowering, and I found myself melting against him, unable to resist.

A moan escaped my lips as our tongues tangled, igniting a fire within me that I couldn't quench. I pressed my body against his, desperate for more.

Suddenly, he pulled away, leaving me gasping for air and longing for more. "You see, if I wanted you naked on your knees, I would have," he taunted, his eyes gleaming with triumph. "But you're not my type."

With a final glance of disgust, he turned and walked out of the living room, leaving me collapsed on the floor, my cheeks burning with shame. How could I have let myself fall for his manipulation? How could a kiss from him leave me so utterly undone?

I'm in so much trouble.
