Sol's POV
I walked into Roy's study, finding him sitting behind his desk, seething with rage. The room was a mess—books and files scattered across the floor, a broken vase lying in shards.
"What's going on here?" I asked, glancing around at the disarray.
Roy's eyes snapped up to me. "What the fuck are you doing here? Why didn't you give me a heads up that Dominick was here?" he snapped.
"I was upstairs, Roy. I swear I didn't even know Dominick was here," my voice trembled as I spoke.
"And you expect me to believe that?" He stood up and approached me like an irate tiger. "Just say the truth, Sol, whose side are you on?"
"Your side, of course," I sighed, trying to calm him down. "Why are you acting this way?"
"Then how did Dom know we were fucking, huh? Say something, Sol!"
"I don't get it. You're saying Dominick knows about us?" I was stunned, my mind racing with confusion and fear. "How?"
