CHAPTER 19
In the next few days, Xie and Bing Chuan quietly cultivates in their rooms. Xie thought Bing Chuan the way on how he can absorb the soul and spirit energy. Xie hides the fact that only the two of them can actually absorbs this energy to Bing Chuan to let him feel at ease.
Bing Chuan also asked Xie about how they are able to run those laps and they did not get tired. Xie explained that it was because of the phoenix blood he absorbs. This helps him to slowly form the Phoenix Physique, a physique with a huge amount of stamina and many other things for him to discover. Base on Xie's calculation, when Bing Chuan reached his 4th ring, the Phoenix Physique will be complete. As for Xie, he reasoned that it was because of the purple ring that he has that increased his stamina and endurance, plus the fact that his martial soul falls under both control and support, stamina is really important.
After their run days ago, they have enrolled to their subject. Both of them chose Mathematics, Language and History as their mandatory subject. For their main field, Bing Chuan chose the Attack field while Xie chose Control, lastly their sub fields are both Auxiliary.
Although Bing Chuan's martial soul is also a tool type, he chose the Auxiliary because he wanted to stay with Xie. Among all their 5 subject, only their main field is different making them classmates in almost classes.
Today is the first day of their class, Xie is now at level 16 and Bing Chuan is at level 13. Their progress is so fast that this level is already comparable to 2nd and 3rd years.
They are currently on the way to their first subject which is Mathematics. Their mandatory subjects lasts for an hour each and they need to attend it from Monday to Wednesday. Their morning class starts at 8 am and ends at 11 am, followed by an hour break, then the afternoon class is their sub field which lasts for 3 hours, from 12 pm to 3 pm, from Monday to Wednesday. As for their main field, it is every Thursday to Saturday from 7 am to 7pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
After they enter the classroom, they are shocked by how quiet the room is, they are the first students to arrive. They are actually quite early because it is only 7:30 am, but after 30 minutes few students also arrive and the teacher also came.
"Good day 1st years, I am Su Ling, your Math teacher. I may be a Math Teacher but I am also a level 68 Soul Emperor. I should be able to mitigate if there will be fights in here. I already expected this much that there will be few students again since many chose the top 3 mandatory subjects, the Politics, Sciences and Etiquette. But I am still glad for the 10 students I have." Su Ling introduced herself. Xie was shocked that all subjects they enrolled to are not famous. Less competitor, the easier to get good grades.
"So let's start with the introduction of students. State your name, martial soul and your main and sub field. No need for levels since we are not using practical battles in math." Su Ling added and he pointed out Bing Chuan. So, Bing Chuan went in front and introduced himself.
"Good day everyone! I am Chu Bing Chuan, my martial soul is a Ice and Fire Hawk and I enrolled to Attack as main and Auxiliary as sub field." And he went back to his seat, the other students already started having a chit-chat.
"Next." Su Ling said and Xie went to the front.
"Good day everyone! I am Li Xie, my martial soul is Spirit Eyes and I enrolled to Control as main and Auxiliary as sub field." He bowed after his introduction and again the students chit-hat again.
"Next." Su Ling said and the other 8 students also finished their introduction. After that Su Ling talked again.
"I did not expect this at all, that the top 1 and 2 this year enrolled in my subject. Looks like this year will be interesting." Su Ling said, the she started the lesson immediately.
After math is history, then language, all their classmates and teachers are shocked by the appearance of the top 1 and 2 this year. The top 3 - 10 and many other noble birth and few commoner students chose the Politics, Sciences and Etiquette.
For History, they are a total of 15 students, while there are only 7 students in Language, including them. The reason behind Xie's choice of subject are nothing unusual, he just thought that Math and Language are interesting, while he chose History hoping he might gain clues about his identity.
After Lunch, they went to an open field since it is where they will have their Auxiliary field class. When they arrived, there are already students present. Though it was a field, there are still chairs so they decided to take a seat. Before sitting, they are called by another student.
"Xie, Chuan, here!" A student shouted and pat the chairs on his right, indicating they are inviting them to sit with him. So, they accepted it and chose to sit with him.
"You are Jiang Wan, right? Math and Language class?" Bing Chuan asked. Jiang Wan nodded eagerly, he did not expect that he will be remembered.
"Beside me is my cousin, Jiang Wei, he is in History, Politics and Sciences." He introduce the boy on his left. "He is a quite person." He added. Xie remembered Jiang Wei as he also saw him in History classes. With Xie's memory, he was able to remember all his classmates.
When the time reach 12 pm, the teacher came so as the other students. This class has way more students than the other classes he attended but the Auxiliary class still has few students.
"Good day students! I will be your sub field Auxiliary teacher this year. I am Xu Xin, a level 73 Soul Sage, my martial soul is a Calendula Flower, it has a natural healing abilities, my skills amplify the healing effects, give buffs and remove debuffs." Xu Xin introduce herself. Xu Xin is currently the strongest teacher Xie met since his mandatory class teaches are all at Soul Emperor. "It's time for you students to introduce yourselves." He added.
