The man nodded his head a little to my statement, they made sense. I was still speaking,
"If you've truly been doing business with them, they'd try to understand. They wouldn't want to lose a good customer like you".
"Hmm, are you a hundred percent sure that they'd accept the goods and replace them, or you aren't that sure?". The man inquired.
I laughed a little the moment he asked that question, then my voice resounded again,
"I wouldn't say I'm a hundred percent sure because I can't say exactly what the future holds. But there's a very high chance they'd believe you and replace the goods since this isn't the first time you'd be doing business with them".
The man nodded his head once again as silence ensued for some seconds. Then I broke the silence saying,
"As said, this is a business you started not too long ago, you can't afford to start losing".
