I was just walking forward while glancing back from time to time to see if any cab was coming from behind.
I was facing front while walking...so if any one was coming from the front, I'd see it immediately.
After the passing of a few minutes more, I hadn't yet seen a cab. And I was like...
'What is going on? Are cabs on break?'.
Time was going, Ivy would most likely be waiting for me there by now considering the conversation we had on phone a few minutes ago. It was based on probability though.
But I needed to do fast, I don't want any waste of time right now. I kept walking forward while searching for a cab, but I wasn't still seeing one.
I had already walked meters away from the hotel by now, but I hadn't yet found a cab.
..After walking forward for a few minutes more, I saw something that made me pause walking immediately.
