One of the ladies among the reporters that was dressed in suit forwarded the microphone she was holding in her hand toward us before saying,
"We heard a suicide almost took place around this bridge".
And we all nodded our heads meaning 'Yes', lights were still flashing on our faces because of the pictures they were taking.
Then the lady's voice resounded again, "Who among you guys wanted to commit suicide?".
The cab guy and I pointed to the man that wanted to end his life, and the moment we did that, almost all the reporters with microphones began questioning the man at the same time.
..And their questions goes like.
"Why did you want to end your life?".
"How bad was the situation that prompted you to want to commit suicide?".
"Don't you believe in hope?".
"Was there no one around you to encourage you?".
