I could tell she was a smart lady, a quality I'd like a lady to possess that I'd be interested in having a relationship with.
"It's an excellent idea, right?". She inquired, glancing directly at me.
"Yeah". I retorted.
I noticed a smile appear on her face the moment I said that. Then she began eating, and I followed suit. We ate and drank for a few minutes before she uttered to me once again,
"Are you living in a rented apartment, or do you have your own house?".
..Damn! Another question that I didn't like, why? Because I was living in a hotel currently.
I didn't own a house nor was I living in a rented apartment, none of the above. What would I tell her now? Guess I'd have to lie as usual.
"I have my own house". I responded.
I told her this 'cause I knew what would make me stop residing in the hotel was after I'd bought my own house. I don't plan on renting an apartment.
"Wow! That's nice". She stated.
