Though he'd arrived, I wouldn't be able to render another help to them 'cause it was already late...I decided this minutes ago.
As known, I'd shifted it to tomorrow...
Evening had already turned to dusk by now, I spent a lot of time in the hospital. It wasn't a waste though, I was still rendering help to them, and I needed to be there for Jemima.
And my presence today helped her out a lot...I was able to assure her that her brother was safe when he was taking too much time to arrive and when his line wasn't going.
..My presence today helped her out in other ways as well.
But as for now, I think it was about time for me to head home, I'd already spent a lot of time in this hospital. We'd continue from where we stopped tomorrow.
"I'd be leaving now". I said to both of them.
"Okay, bye, would you be coming tomorrow?". Jemima inquired of me.
"Yes, I'd be coming". I responded.
"That's nice, I'd love to discuss more with you". Mason said.
I only nodded my head to his utterance...he'd love to discuss more with me, and I'd love to finish helping them out so I can be done with them.
I began walking out of the hospital until I'd finished walking out of it. Then I made my way back to the hotel where I was residing.

Another day had arrived, another day for activities to take place. I had 7 days remaining to accomplish the quest given to me by the system, time was counting.
As known, I had already started working toward accomplishing the quest for days now. And there was progress, I was already helping out a certain family. Once I was done with them, I'd start searching for another family to help out.
I made my way to the hospital after preparing, remember I told Jemima I was going to come. And even without telling her, I knew I was supposed to come 'cause I hadn't finished helping them out yet.
..There were still a few things I needed to help them out with.
And as far as I'm not done with them, I'd have to keep visiting and lurking around them. I reached the hospital to meet Jemima and her brother there, they arrived minutes ago.
"So, was she sleeping when you guys got here? Or was she awake?". I inquired of the both of them after arriving at the hospital.
"She was awake, and she's still awake now". Mason responded.
I nodded my head a little before stating, "That's nice".
Then Mason's voice resounded again, "I never got to know your name yesterday. I revealed mine to you, but you didn't reveal yours to me. I feel it would be nice to know something as important as your name since you've helped us out a lot".
"My name is Casper". I said.
"Nice, would it be possible to know your age as well?".
I was somehow reluctant to answer that question. Mason noticed it and was like,
"You don't need to tell me if you don't want to".
"I'm 27 years old".
..What's the need to hide it from them? At least, I know theirs.
Not like there's something special about my age that they shouldn't know about.
"So, you're older than I by 4 years, not too much". Mason said.
"Yeah".
Jemima was just standing there glancing at the both of us. Then my voice resounded again, and I was glancing at Mason while speaking, which means it was him in particular I was talking to.
"So, I heard you guys are owing loan sharks money".
A bit of surprised expression appeared on his face the moment I said that, then he uttered,
"How did you know that?".
"Your sister here, Jemima, told me about it". I retorted.
He glanced at Jemima, and she was like, "The loan sharks visited our home when he was around. He asked me about it, and I had to explain everything to him. Not like hiding it from him would do us any good".
He glanced back at me after she was done explaining, then I uttered,
"Remind me how much you guys are owing again?".
"$6,000, it was $4,000 we borrowed though. But loan sharks would always add interest to the amount they'd lend to you. So they added $2,000 interest to the $4,000 rounding it up to $6,000". He stated.
I nodded my head a little before saying, "What if I tell you guys that I want to clear off your debt?".
..Their eyes widened as surprised expressions appeared on their faces.
Then they voiced out in unison, "Are you serious?".
"Yes, I'm very serious. I saw the way those loan sharks scared your sister when they visited, and I didn't like it. I want them to stop disturbing you guys,
It was part of the plan, I knew I was going to help out you guys with that, but I wanted to start with your sick mum first, which I've already done. It's about time to settle off that debt, so they wouldn't disturb you guys anymore". I said.
And do you know what followed next? Thanks upon thanks...
They were so happy that they had to keep thanking me, which gathered a bit of attention in the hospital. The people walking past us were staring at us while doing so.
But the both of them didn't care...they kept thanking me until they'd done so to their satisfaction. Then I uttered to Mason,
"Do you know where they stay, so we can go meet them there?".
"Of course, I went there to borrow the money from them". He retorted.
"So, can we go there now so I can clear off the debt?".
"Yes, what else am I doing with my life?".
After saying that, he glanced at his sister, Jemima, and said to her,
"Watch after our mum".
"Sure". She stated.
And with that, the both of us began walking out of the hospital until we'd walked out of it completely. And while we were walking out, I noticed this elated expression on Jemima's face.
..I was happy to see her happy.
Mason and I were walking on the road right now heading toward the place where we'd meet the loan sharks.
"Should we board a cab that would drive us to that place to make the journey faster?". I inquired of Mason.
"I just feel like trekking, I feel we should keep trekking for now and conversing with each other. Maybe when we've trekked to a certain extent, we can then board a cab...how do you see that?". He responded.
I contemplated it for some seconds before saying, "I think that is a nice idea".
And that's how the both of us kept walking, and conversing as well. We were still walking when he asked me this question,
"Why are you helping us? What do you see in us?".
"I just want to help out you guys 'cause you need it. Your sister told me a lot about you guys' experiences, the things you went through and so on. Your sister, Jemima, has gone through so much, I want to ease her pain,
I want to try my best to ease some things that are troubling you guys". I responded.
A little smile appeared on his face after I said that, then he stated, "You're such a good person".
I didn't say anything to that, I only nodded my head a little with a bit of smile plastered to my face...
The both of us kept on walking until Mason said to me, "I think we should board a cab now".
..That's exactly how I was feeling, I was getting a little tired from the trekking.
The both of us boarded a cab, and it was Mason that told the cab man where we were heading to since he was the one that knew where the loan sharks do stay to do business.
We were in the cab right now as the cab man kept putting it in motion heading toward our destination. Throughout the time Mason and I were in the cab, we didn't utter a single word to each other.
We'd already conversed enough while walking on the road...
The cab man put the cab to a halt when we arrived at a certain spot, and I didn't even know where this place was...it wasn't familiar at all.
I glanced at Mason and uttered to him, "Are we to come down here?".
"Yes, we are already so close to where the loan sharks do stay". He retorted.
And with that, the both of us came out of the cab, then I paid the cab man before he drove off. Then Mason glanced at me and said,
"I'm sure something would happen when they set eyes on me".
