I look at the people walking around the city and smile. I can see people talking with each other and children laughing and playing with one another. Even with the sun going down, they still smile and do what they want.
Previously, the sun was the only thing that let them go outside, and they immediately went home when the sun went down. Now, they are not afraid of the dark. Even when the night covers the land, they still leave their houses and enjoy their lives.
"I hear that people in this country get terrorized by the vampire before you appear. Is that true?"
I look to the side and smile at my Cloud, Skull.
"Yeah. Vampires are parasites that hunt down the people of Romania. They think of humans as nothing but cattle. When the sun goes down, they will hunt, and humans will need to return to the underground to hide from them. Sadly, the vampires can use their mind manipulation magic to let them enter their victim's house."
"Ah, they cannot enter someone's house without permission, huh?"
"But they can still use their magic to grant that permission. That is why there are a lot of vampires that manage to enter an underground city."
"But now it is over, and the people here can relax, knowing that you have already kicked the vampire away."
I look to the sky and say.
"Not all of them, no. We still have the Carmilla Faction on the other side of the country."
"Then we only defeat them and make our family the ruler of Romania."
"There is still the president and prime minister."
"Pfft. Don't make me laugh. Just like back in my world, the president and prime minister are the leaders of the mundane people. The mafia family is the real leader of the country. The two of them listen to the mafia boss, and if they think otherwise, his authority will be stripped of him."
"Has that happened in the past?"
"Not as many people like to boast. It happened, don't get me wrong, but it has only happened three times in the past."
"I see."
I look at Vindice and say.
"Let's hope that I don't need to do that. I rather focus on the vampires than fellow humans."
"Fair enough. So, what will we do now? Do we continue to move and attack the Carmilla Faction?"
"Let's wait for a moment. The others are tired and need time to recover. However, in a month, we will attack them. For now, we need to rebuild, grow stronger, and fortify our base."
Skull grins and says.
"Good. You don't want to rush things. We don't know how capable they are and how they fight. We need to gather information and make sure we have a fortified line to defend against their attack."
"That's right. That is why I need you to gather as much information as you can, Skull. This time, we don't have the support from the magician and only half of Yasaka's people. She has a problem back in Japan and needs the majority of her people."
"Do you need a new batch of weapons? I can use my connection to the Bovino Family to buy more destructive weapons. Hell, I can ask Verde to make something. I know he is interested in our animal box."
As a member of my family, I give Skull one of the Animal Boxes and the Mare Cloud Ring. Skull already has an animal companion, a Cloud Octopus. An octopus that can grow in size because of its ability to use Cloud Flame. His new Animal Companion is a massive polar bear that can grow in size as well.
"I already asked Byakuran to see if he can recreate the animal and weapon box."
"Then let Verde have at it. Don't get me wrong. Your brother has a great researcher and scientist on his side, but Verde is on other levels."
"Fair enough. I will be grateful if you can ask him to come here and help us make the animal box."
"Great! I will depart tonight. I will return tomorrow afternoon or evening."
"Thank you, Skull."
He nods happily, but before he can say something, the door to my office opens up, and I can see the rest of my elements enter my office.
"Ah, you guys are here. Please take a seat. There are a lot of things we need to discuss."

Serafall Leviathan looks at the city in front of her in shock. She thought that Vindice City was a small city that could barely be called a city, but that was not the case. It is not the biggest city, but it deserves the title of a city.
She looks at the people walking around the city doing whatever they are doing. All of them are people who know about the supernatural world. She can see the infamous Rainbow Flame that only the Millefiore Family and its allies can have being used by the people of this city.
Children laugh while playing with their flames, while the adults use their flames to help with their work. It is a beautiful sight. She heard about the flames and wondered what kind of power was that. Her race is old, and they have a lot of books about the other races. Humans have the biggest amount of information they have, but even with all that knowledge, these Rainbow Flames never appear in any of the books.
She had researched for days but never found anything about it.
That can only mean this is a new power or something that her race never heard of before. She leaned more toward the former, but she never knew. Earth is big, and she knows that some power has been forgotten because of time.
As she enters the city, she can see a man greet her.
"Welcome to our city, Lady Serafall. My name is Luca, Storm Guardian of Boss Valerian. Please follow me. I shall take you to the mansion."
That's another thing that she hears about them. Rainbow Guardians are a group of people who are very close to the leader. She knows Yasaka has already started to gather her guardians. She enters the car, and Luca takes her to a mansion.
When they reach the mansion, her eyes widen at the sight in front of her.
"Are those tanks?"
In front of her are tanks. However, her senses tell her that those are not regular tanks. She can feel strange energy inside of it, and she can see weird runes on the tanks.
"Ah, those. Yes. We managed to make a deal with someone, and they are willing to sell us tanks."
She wondered why they were willing to buy tanks. Tanks are powerful but slow, and a high-rank being can appear above the tank before they can shoot and rip the armor with bare hands. The only thing they can do is use tanks as stationary artillery and shoot enemies from far away.
She shakes her head when they arrive in front of the mansion. As she gets out of the car, Luca says.
"Please follow me. The boss is already waiting in his office."
She nods and takes a deep breath. This is it. It is time to do her job.
