After putting away his phone, Tadano continued to wait. He had been there for a while. Today, he was on a date with Shouko, who wanted to visit the arcade, so they agreed to meet at this plaza. As a gentleman and knowing Shouko well, Tadano decided to arrive an hour early, just in case. At that moment, he was coordinating some matters for Ado's future. Shouko: "I have to return some books my mom borrowed from the library. After that, we can go wherever you want..." she said, taking the drink he offered, already used to this habit of his.
Tadano: "Alright... let's return those books and then head to the mall..." he said as he stood up and offered his hand to the young woman.
Shouko looked at his hand and blushed a little.
Shouko: "Is it okay for us to do this? We..."
She couldn't finish because Tadano gently pulled her closer to him. He raised his arm so she could see clearly. Their hands were firmly intertwined.
Tadano: "We've come this far, Shouko. There's no need to hold back now... so let me show the world that this beautiful young woman by my side is my girlfriend," he said firmly while tightening his grip on her hand slightly.
Shouko's cheeks turned red, and she nodded shyly.
Tadano: "That's right... my Shouko is always so obedient..." he teased as he playfully pinched her chubby cheek.

Shouko returned the books but became curious about a few others and decided to browse for a bit. Tadano didn't mind and sat down to wait, knowing her love for reading.
Tadano: "Now that I think about it, I forgot this week's assignments..." With that in mind, he started working on them while Shouko browsed the books.
A few hours later...
After Shouko dropped a book and caught a glimpse of the sun's position through the window, she realized how much time had passed. She panicked and quickly searched for Tadano. She found him surrounded by a group of younger students.
Student 1: "Oh! So that's how it's solved..." one boy said, looking at his notebook in awe.
Student 2: "Wow! For the first time in three months, I understand math. Big brother, you're a genius..." he said, holding his notebook in the air like it was a sacred relic.
Student 3: "My turn! My turn! I need help with kanji! Big brother, please save me!" he said, jumping to get Tadano's attention.
Somehow, while Shouko was reading, the area around Tadano had turned into an impromptu study group without her noticing.
Shouko watched this side of Tadano for a moment. While he taught her and their group of friends, at that moment, he looked so... reliable and mature. For some reason, she felt uneasy and couldn't help but shift her legs uncomfortably. When she realized her strange behavior, she quickly shook her head and approached Tadano.
Tadano: "And this is solved like this... Oh! Shouko, are you done with your 'quick browse?'" He put a playful emphasis on the last phrase.
Shouko felt embarrassed for taking so long with her "quick browse," so she pulled Tadano towards the exit. The students lamented that their master had to leave, but seeing the unparalleled beauty dragging him away, they decided to let him go. The boldest among them gave a thumbs-up with the phrase "Go get her, tiger!" written on their faces.

On the way to the mall...
As they walked, people noticed them and were surprised. They looked like the perfect couple. Tadano no longer had his original appearance. He was now as tall as, if not taller than, the future Katai-Kun. His body was sculpted but not overly muscular. And his face no longer looked plain, now reflecting fine and pleasant features. But without a doubt, what captivated people the most about him was always his charming smile. It drew sighs from both men and women in the passing crowd.
As for Shouko... at this point, there's no need to describe how beautiful she is, but if something had to be highlighted, it would be that she had now fully blossomed. Her shy and quiet personality, while still there, was now more approachable and even a bit playful at times, making those around her feel comfortable.
At the mall...
Shouko: "So... what should we do?" she asked curiously while looking at the many shops.
Tadano: "How about we start with some clothes?" he suggested thoughtfully.

Before she could say anything, she was pulled into a women's fashion store. Shouko was very nervous because she didn't want to take advantage of Tadano. He didn't mind and called for an attendant. Not long after, Tadano enjoyed a private fashion show by Shouko.
The attendant brought many outfits, including some... peculiar ones. Shouko turned into a nurse, a police officer, a businesswoman, a delinquent, a gyaru, and the attendant even managed to bring a bunny suit from who knows where. Tadano responded with a thumbs-up.
It's obvious that Shouko was very embarrassed throughout the process but continued nonetheless. After multiple changes, Shouko decided on a sleeveless, black turtleneck sweater and a pair of short jeans. Although it might be a bit daring for her, Shouko noticed Tadano's eyes light up when she wore that outfit, so she decided to wear it.
After paying and leaving a good tip for the attendant in secret, they continued their shopping. As they walked, Shouko saw a game center, and then...

Shouko: "???"
Not long after, the two of them entered and spent several hours inside to the point that when they left, it was already evening. Shouko: "It was an amazing day... thank you, Hito-Kun..." she said affectionately while tightening her grip on his arm.
Tadano: "Anything you want, as long as it makes you happy, my sweet kitty..." he said, kissing her cheek.
The young woman laughed happily...
Tadano: "Alright, it's getting late, so it's time to take you home. Do you want a taxi or..." The young man couldn't finish because the girl kissed him suddenly.
He looked at the young woman, somewhat surprised by her sudden initiative, but before he could say anything, she pulled him in a certain direction.
Tadano didn't understand at first, but when he saw the pink LED lights and the many couples around, he completely understood. In utter disbelief, he looked at the girl who was pulling him along with her head down.
Shouko kept her head lowered, refusing to let him see her embarrassed expression, but the redness in her ears gave away just how flustered she felt.
