"Because I'm always bored, I often do these meaningless little things."
Su Zi held the paper crane, "I like this gift."
"Then I'll make one for you every day from now on."
"Aren't you going to ask how long we're staying here?" She knew her decision was sudden, but hadn't expected him to go along with it so easily.
"Stay as long as you want," Chen Chen said quietly.
In the light, his eyes looked like amber.
She said, "Right, I read online that there will be a meteor shower tonight. Let's go watch it!"
He took her hand and walked out the door.
Chen Chen followed her to the balcony. She gave him her scarf, "Is it a bit cold?"
"No." The scarf still held her warmth, like a hand warmer, warming his heart directly.
He looked at Su Zi, "I'm happy to do anything with you."
Su Zi looked at him and smiled, "When did you get so good with words?"
Chen Chen reached out and held her hand, "Thank you for staying with me these days."
