"Act my ass, my legs are genuinely weak!"
Samantha Tate's cheeks flushed red as she explained indignantly, "That snake was so long, so big, and its colors so vibrant, you could tell it was venomous at a glance. Who wouldn't be scared?"
Carson Flores thought about it and agreed. Alright, he couldn't impose his own courage on others.
"Then take it easy, there's no rush."
Samantha Tate looked at the mountaintop close at hand, stamped her foot to calm herself, and said, "I'll hold onto your arm, let's go. We can rest when we get to the top."
"Sounds good!"
Carson Flores continued to lead the way while Samantha Tate held onto his arm, trailing a step behind him with caution.
Once they reached the top, Carson Flores casually picked some broad leaves and laid them on the grass, saying with a smile, "The view is nice, have a seat."
Samantha Tate sat down on the broad leaves, her legs together and slanted, her long, fair legs drawing attention.
"Thank you, you're quite considerate."
