Chapter 10 - Victory and Rest

As the people of Lumina reveled in the return of light to their kingdom, Ryoma lay unconscious within the castle's halls, his body weary from the intensity of his battle with Kurogami. The echoes of celebration outside reached his ears even in his unconscious state, a testament to the relief and joy that filled the hearts of the kingdom's inhabitants.

Upon discovering Ryoma's prone form within the castle, the citizens of Lumina were struck by a mixture of awe and concern. The sight of their hero, battered and exhausted but victorious, filled them with a sense of admiration and gratitude.

With Kurogami defeated and the darkness banished from their land, the people went into the castle to get Ryoma, their newfound champion. Yet, their joy was tempered by the sight of the chaos that had unfolded within the castle walls—evidence of the fierce battle that had taken place between Ryoma and Kurogami.

Outside lumina, the news spread like wildfire, carried by excited voices and eager whispers. "The new rookie Ryoma has defeated Kurogami the shadow," the reports proclaimed, spreading the tale of Ryoma's triumph to every corner of Lumina and beyond.

Meanwhile, within the confines of Lumina's hospital, Ryoma stirred from his slumber, his consciousness slowly returning to him. Greeted by the gentle faces of the nurses attending to him, he blinked owlishly, trying to make sense of his surroundings.

"Good morning, Sir Ryoma," one of the nurses greeted him with a warm smile, her voice a soothing balm to his senses.

Confusion clouded Ryoma's expression as he struggled to piece together the events that had led him here. "Where am I?" he asked, his voice hoarse from disuse.

"You are at Lumina's hospital, thanks to you," the nurse replied, her tone filled with gratitude for his heroic actions.

"How long have I been asleep?" Ryoma inquired, his mind racing to catch up with the passage of time.

"Two days," the nurse answered, her words carrying the weight of the battles fought and the victories won.

With a deep breath, Ryoma gathered his courage to share something important. "Can I tell you something?" he asked.

The nurse nodded, her eyes attentive and kind. "Sure, anything?"

Ryoma paused, gathering his thoughts before finally blurting out, "I WANT FOOD!"

The nurse chuckled softly, her amusement evident in the crinkle of her eyes. "Of course, Sir Ryoma. I'll have something brought to you right away."
