Chapter 226 - Rajeev cannot be hurt until Ram joins them

Sitting in a pitch-black cave, Guhya tried to halt the flow of blood from his damaged hand.

He looks quite thin, as if he had lost a lot of blood.

Gulp! Gritting his teeth against the searing agony in his shoulder, Guhya watched as the barely visible light of the cave reflected off the rough walls. A bitter reminder of the gunshot embedded in his body was the metallic taste of blood that remained in his tongue. His instincts for survival kicked in, and he realized he needed to move quickly.

Guhya fumbled in the dark and found his reliable knife fastened to his belt. As he pulled the sword from its sheath, it glimmered a little, the lone glimmer of hope in the dark chasm that around him. He ignored his muscles' objections and braced himself for what was about to happen.

Guhya, using desperation-driven steadiness, placed the knife's point on the entrance wound. A chill ran down his spine as the cold steel pushed against his flesh. After taking a long breath to calm himself, he started to cut with a quick, deliberate stroke.

Every movement sent waves of anguish through his body, and the torment was unbearable. Guhya tightened his jaw, not willing to yield to the cries that were on the verge of spilling out of him. A drop of blood mixed with the perspiration on his forehead and flowed down his arm.

In that dim cave, time seemed to go on forever, with every moment a struggle against the unrelenting agony. Guhya persevered however, his will to live another day being his motivation.

After what seemed like a lifetime, Guhya finally felt the blade make contact with something substantial. He worked the knife carefully, painfully, inch by painful inch, until he felt the bullet give way. His breath came in sharp gasps as he released the bullet from his shoulder with one last surge of effort.

As he grasped the expended bullet in his hand—a somber memento of his ordeal—he felt an immediate wave of relief and endorphins. Guhya did the best he could in the dark to bandage his wound; the improvised bandage was evidence of his fortitude.

Guhya realized that this was just the start of his struggle to survive as he slumped against the cave wall, his adrenaline gradually fading away. But even as he looked into the night with a renewed sense of resolve, he also realized that he was prepared to take on any obstacles that stood in his way.

He recalled how Ram had injured him as he grabbed the bullet in his hands.

Angrily, he said, "Ram, you're going to pay for this."

Suddenly, a figure in a mask emerged from the cave and stated, "You've managed to talk that bullet out. I thought I could help you after I finished those policemen, but you're moving much faster than me."

Guhya disregarded him and took a weekly nap on the ground.

"I learned that Sakhi tied the knot, so she was indeed wealthy from betraying you by settling down with an additional individual," the person remarked in jest, approaching him and reclining on an adjacent stone. "I figured no one was capable of adulteration as you can, however she is surpassing you."

Guhya furiously turned to face him, saying, "No, she won't be dish on me. Rajeev used her memory loss as leverage to get married. If she regains her memories, she'll abandon him and return to me."

.....

Guhya really recalled what Baladitya had spoken to him before.

Guhya was thinking back on what transpired when Baladitya fulfilled his pledge to inform Ram about him. Guhya attacked Baladitya with a nearby rod, causing blood to spurt from his head, and Baladitya lost consciousness in excruciating pain.

"You must be wondering why I remained at your home. I'm not the Guhya you believe I am; I ended up to this location looking for a woman. I assumed the bride was the girl I had hoped for when I first glimpsed her at the wedding. I dressed for the live event because I was hoping to see her. I think you got a very good bargain."

Guhya got rather near to his face.

"I lack knowledge who you are seeking for in the vegetation, but Rajeev found this girl there, and she has since lost track of where she is," said Baladitya, gathering the courage to speak.

"They began a new existence together after getting married. Please, don't harm Rajeev; he's a very kind man."

As Baladitya respects Rajeev like a brother and cannot allow Rajeev to suffer harm at the hands of others, he is really pleading with Guhya for Rajeev.

Guhya remarked upon hearing Baladitya's startling admission, "What she had misplaced her recollections. So, this is the justification why my girl tied the knot him ,pray to God that the girl whom I am seeking of ought not to be his wife."

With grief in his eyes, Baladitya begged to leave him, saying that he was a kind guy who had never hurt anybody.

"As long as I keep my distance from the bride, Rajeev is safe. If I find out she is the same, however, I'll kill Rajeev for becoming my wife's husband", guhya said angrily.

Baladitya stated angrily, "Rajeev cannot be hurt until Ram joins them."

He is aware that Ram would sacrifice himself to protect Rajeev and ensure that no one hurts Rajeev.

Guhya let out a louder chuckle and said, "Let's see how Ram finds me."

Then he grinned even more and slashed at Baladitya's throat with a knife.
