Rudra arrived to a residence through monitoring the flickering red light on his cellphone. He was taken aback by what he spotted as he entered the home.
The home was completely disorganized and looked awful. There are two women, completely covered in blood, lying on the ground. It is obvious that they had been injured by someone.
One woman had horrific injuries; blood was pouring from her skull, and there was a sharp object in her tummy. The second woman had similar injuries, but her blood was originating from her coronary arteries.
Rudra ran to them right away and felt their pulses; one woman was already lifeless and the other's pulse was flowing extremely slowly, indicating that she was nearing the end of her life.
He picked her up right away and drove her to the hospital nearby.
The whole therapy lasted for about four hours.
When the doctor eventually showed there after a protracted wait, Rudra ran to greet him and said, "Doctor, how is she doing?"
The doctor remarked, "Let's hold a chat in my room," and he entered. Backing him up was Rudra. His expression was a jumble of emotions.
Upon arriving in the room, the doctor gave Rudra a quick glance before instructing him to lock the door.
Rudra carried out his suggestion.
Subsequently, the doctor started to explain, taking off his mask and spectacles, "She is seriously mangled. We went everything we could to save her, albeit she could struggle to survive."
Rudra was taken aback by the doctor's comments; "please, doctor, do not utter such things; rescue her."
The doctor inhaled deeply before stating that "she really had a gunshot closer to her heart and that removing it would cause internal hemorrhage that would kill her. She would die if we leave the area where the bullet hit her, thus it was really quite important to operate while she was in this state. I apologize for not being able to do it."
Rudra expressed her outrage over the doctor's remarks by saying, "You are a doctor; how can you utter such phrases?"
"I'm telling the fuck that she will really pass away in less than a day", the doctor said gravely.
Rudra was deeply remorseful, tears uncontrollably streaming from his eyes.
The doctor scrutinized Rudra and remarked in an awful voice, "You guys are flesh and blood, Rudra, and it's all your own making that she's in this predicament. She waited for him for over a decade. Have any of you ever considered how difficult her life must have been? That moron didn't even consider her; he had just broken up a little child with his mother". When addressing to Rudra, his tone was a combination of wrath and melancholy.
Doctor Tavasya remarked, "I used to believe you were dead until you showed up today."
Tavasya was ready to leave the hospital when he noticed Rudra enter the building with a woman in tow. Seeing him after all these years shocked him. "Does he still exist", he asked himself.
He went to find out where he had been living all these years, but he was shocked to discover the woman Rudra had brought.
Without delay, he brought her into the operating room and began his life-saving therapy.
Under her breath, Rudra begged Tavasya to tell him where to go for help—now is not the time for revisiting those old wounds.
"Remember that I am the head physician at this hospital and the top surgeon in the whole city? Most importantly, how can I make light of Tulasi's health issues when I am her best friend? ",Tavasya felt terrible for his pal as well since he was really powerless.
With outrage in her voice, Tavasya questioned, "How did she end up like this? Who tortured her?" He desired vengeance on the assailant of his closest buddy.
"I have no clue; following all these years, I received a message from her, and right away as I did, I rushed to her house to discover her in this state", replied Rudra.
Infuriated, Tavasya said, "Where the Heck is he, or better yet, invite him to visit his spouse in the closing stage." He witnessed Tulasi's decades of anticipation and expectation for her spouse's return.
"He's expired," Rudra muttered, lowering his head.
Tavasya was shocked to learn that Rudra had passed away. Tavasya assumed that Tulasi's spouse continued to be alive and well somewhere on Earth, but he had not expected him to be dead.
Abruptly, the nurse burst into the room and hurriedly exclaimed, "Doctor, please check on this patient. Her prognosis is growing worsened."
When Tavasya heard it, she hurried to see how Tulasi was doing.
Rudra calmly waited outside the door.
Tavasya eventually showed there, his facial expression glum, and spoke the words, "Ho the Creator, how mustn I cure my best friend? I can't witness her fading away like this."
Rudra assumed Rajeev was a doctor right away. He went to Tavasya and inquired whether they could rescue her if the bullet was removed.
"Indeed, we can, but it's too risky", Tavasya said.
Rudra replied, "Can you trust me one last time? I swear I'll save her."
"Can you help her?" Tavasya questioned, looking at him with shock.
Tavasya was aware of Rudra's father's medical profession. Jaishankar was a superb surgeon who performed several successful surgery throughout his career. Actually, Tavasya's master was Jaishankar. He was sad to hear about Jaishankar's demise.
He believed that Rudra may have gained some medical knowledge from him as his son.
"Not me, but my son can, and I have no hesitation that he will rescue her," Rudra said right away.
"Who's your son?" Tavasya was unaware about Rudra's son.
"Please give me just a couple of minutes". Rudra hurried out to contact Rajeev right away.
Gowthami imprisoned Rajeev in the toilet when Rudra was phoning.
The phone rang abruptly while all parties in the Gowthami room was debating the noise that emanated.
Shashi glanced at the chiming phone resting on the mattress.
The phone was visible to each individual in the chamber, not just Sashi.
Gowthami gasped upon seeing the phone.
