Parikshit spotted the toe rings on Sashi's hand, he talked to his mother about them.
His mother described the Sthalipakam ritual, in which the husband decorates the bride's foot with silver toe rings, in answer to her son's inquiry.
The guy is believed to have performed a prostration before the lady and claimed her as his own. The toe rings and black beads imply that she is married.
Ayurveda also thinks that the nerve of the second toe finger goes via the heart and is related to the uterus. Thus, placing a toe ring on it helps manage the uterus' blood pressure.
When Parikshit realized it was made of silver, he exclaimed, "That's correct, silver."
My child, Sashi said, "Yes, toe rings are primarily made of silver."
Silver is a good conductor and helps women get rid of negativity from their bodies. Silver also makes it possible for the body to absorb the earth's polar energy, sustaining overall wellbeing."
Then, in front of the two, was laid a silver pitcher filled with water. Sashi tossed a pair of gold and silver rings into the water pot.
Shasi dropped the rings, the bride and groom placed their right arms into the pot, the guys began to help Rajeev and the ladies started to encourage Gowthami.
Nand was loving the marriage and he glanced at rudra and requested, "may I join the stage with them to applaud our sakhi."
Rudra viewing his son married was really joyful. He stared at nand enthusiastic face and said, "go ahead but be cautious don't betray your identify."
Nand gave a thumps up and agreed after he entered the stage with abhi and group.
"Can I join you guys", he offered in a beautiful woman voice.
The newcomer caught the attention of Ram, Sashi, Gowthami, and Abhi, but they were unsure of her identity.
Rajeev quickly responded, "come on join us" . He gladly greeted her, knowing that this was the girl his father had chosen for Ram.
With a questioning expression in her voice, Gowthami turned to face Rajeev."who is she ".
Rajeev responded her in a quiet way, she is the girl that my father picked for ram.
Gowthami, taken aback, inquired as to whether he had entered into marriage.
Indeed, Rajeev replied with a grin as he turned to face him. He indicated a person who is sitting in the first row and witnessing the nuptials.
Gowthami spotted Rajeev father and felt extremely delighted, She saluted with folded hands to him .
Rudra spotted Rajeev and gowthami staring at him and he gave a thumps up gesture to the duo.
Ram watched the way Rajeev and gowthami are gazing at and he quickly recognized who the guy was , he was really thrilled.
He pondered to himself," he is rudra dad correct, absolutely he is" .
subsequently ram glanced at the girl who entered the stage and speculated with himself," i presume she is with rudra uncle."
Without any hesitation ram also answered with a grin," yes you may join us." How can he say no to the folks who are linked to rudra.
After hearing Ram's response, Rajeev and Gowthami were ecstatic as they spoke to each other meticulously. "I believe Ram liked her."
Lacking knowledge about the newcomers, Abhi assumed they were maybe a bit closer to Rajeev and Ram, so he didn't provide much.
Everyone commenced chatting about Ram in their own minds as soon as he decided to accompany her on stage.
(Look at how devoted Ram is to her partner; he showed absolutely no concern for anybody else.)
(indeed ,indeed, we have never seen ram speak to a female like sweetly.)
(They actually look fantastic coupled together.)
Ram was more preoccupied with Rajeev and the Rudra who attended the marriage than he was with his surroundings.
Uma stepped up and said, "yes my darling you may join us ."
As they agreed nand was really thrilled and he to entered the stage and shifted next to gowthami to nudge her.
Sashi initiated the traditional game with a gleam of excitement in his eyes. She dropped the rings into the pot of water, signaling Rajeev and Gowthami to begin their search. Their hands dove in simultaneously, brushing against one another as they both sought the rings hidden beneath the surface.
" Now, what will you do?" Rajeev thought to himself with a playful smirk, feeling the warmth of Gowthami's hand as he momentarily clasped it inside the pot. He winked at her, confident in his ability to charm his way through the game.
But Gowthami wasn't so easily swayed. Sensing Rajeev's plan, she deftly used her fingers to deliver a quick, precise pinch to Rajeev's hand, catching him off guard. His grin vanished as he instinctively withdrew his hand, wincing from the unexpected sting.
Ram and Abhi, standing nearby, cheered him on obliviously. "We know it, Rajeev! You're the king, man!" they called out, assuming their friend had triumphed.
Rajeev lifted his hand, trying to maintain his composure, but inside, he was baffled, "How did she hit my fingers?" he wondered, flexing his hand, "God, it hurts tremendously."
Nand, who had been watching with a smile, exclaimed in a sweet voice, "How is that possible?"
"My Rajeev is always the winner, " Ram chimed in confidently, as if his statement alone could alter the outcome.
Nand, still acting out her role as a woman, placed her hands on her waist and teased, "Show us the rings, Rajeev."
"Come on, show it!" Ram and Abhi echoed, turning their attention to Rajeev with expectant grins.
But Rajeev remained silent, his pride stung more than his hand. Then, with a triumphant smile, Gowthami pulled the rings from the water and held them up for all to see.
The sight caused Nand to burst into laughter. "Look! Gowthami got them!" she exclaimed with glee.
Ram and Abhi exchanged surprised glances, realizing they had underestimated Gowthami's cunning. Without hesitation, they switched sides, rushing over to Gowthami with exaggerated enthusiasm. "Wow, Gowthami, you're the best!" Abhi declared.
"Now, lead the way!" Ram added, playfully casting Rajeev aside.
Rajeev shot a furious glare at Ram and Abhi, mentally scolding them for their sudden betrayal. The way they had so effortlessly switched sides, abandoning him for Gowthami, stung his pride. He clenched his jaw, watching as they showered her with praise, while he simmered in quiet frustration.
Sashi, noticing Rajeev's deflated mood, tried to lift his spirits.. "We have a couple more loops, which means don't fret; you can acquire them in future."
Rajeev, still sulking a bit, cast a forlorn, puppy-dog look toward his father, Rudra, who sat at the back of the stage. Rudra, watching his son's playful struggles, found the whole situation humorous, and he thought it was hilarious. The sight of his grown children acting like kids warmed his heart. He gave Rajeev a reassuring nod, signaling with his hand as if to say. "Go ahead Rajeev you can do it."
Encouraged, Rajeev steeled himself for the next round. The rings were dropped back into the pot, and both he and Gowthami plunged their hands into the water once more. This time, Rajeev's determination paid off. With a victorious grin, he pulled the rings out before Gowthami could.
But the competition wasn't over yet. They played another round, and this time Gowthami managed to outwit Rajeev again, retrieving the rings with swift precision. They went on to play the game three times in total, with Gowthami claiming victory in two rounds, and Rajeev triumphing only once.
By the end of the competition, Gowthami had won two out of the three rounds. Rajeev, though playful, couldn't help but feel a pang of frustration. But as he looked at Gowthami's beaming smile and saw Ram and Abhi cheering her on, he realized the fun was in the game itself—and perhaps it was even sweeter that she had won.
With a grin, he playfully surrendered. "Alright, alright, you've bested me this time," he said, bowing his head slightly in mock defeat, while the crowd clapped and cheered. The air was filled with laughter, joy, and the unmistakable warmth of celebration.
After observing everything, Parikshit questioned Sashi about the process.
Sashi commented that it is a great game to see who can pick up the gold ring first. The winner is deemed to have the upper hand in the marriage if they locate the gold ring twice in the best of the three series.
The family cherish this ceremony as much as they enjoy supporting for their own teams.
Gowthami is figuratively taking up the load of caring for the health of her husband and family by doing this.
Rajeev showed Gowthami the Arundhati nakshatra as they descended to the sage.
Parikshit enquired as to what Rajeev's uncle was displaying to his aunt because he was unable to see anything when he observed Rajeev gesturing in that manner.
The bride and groom are shown the stars that stand in for Arundhati and Vasistha during the process known as Arundhati Nakshatra, said Gurdeep.
The Saptarshi Mandal (Ursa major) is widely recognized. The other six stars (Alkaid) are Kratu (Dubhe), Pulaha (Merak), Pulastya (Phecda), Atri (Megrez), Angiras (Alioth), Vashistha (Mizar), and Marichi. Arundhati, another star (Alcor), is directly following one of the stars, Vashistha.
They are married and yet have a great relationship. In order to face the constellation that stands for romantic love and affection between couples, the priest guides newlyweds. It trains the husband and wife to accomplish their obligations jointly. It also says that a husband should be conscious of his wife's needs and the reverse is true.
Parikshit asked his grandfather to clarify the history and intricacies of the ritual.
My child, Arundhati nakshatra draws its name from a folktale, according to Gurdeep. According to the Puranas, Arundhati was Kashyapa's daughter and the sister of Narada and Parvata. After marrying Vashishtha Muni, she was enjoying a blissful married life. They were extremely loyal and dedicated to one another.
Arundhati, one of the pativratas, was presented as a role model for virginity and faithfulness to one's marriage. She delivered amazing service to her spouse. She was a worthy lady who other ladies adored. The Sanskrit phrase Arundhati is translated as "wiped from the sun beams".
Once upon a time, Lord Agni desired to mate with the Saptarishi ladies. His wife Saha found out about it. She had a sexual encounter with Agni while claiming to be the wife of Rishi. She adopted the six forms of the wives of the Rishi, but she was unable to take the shape of Arundhati owing to Arundhati's love to her husband. The seven rishis began to mistrust their wife's cleanliness when they learned about the scenario.
They lost contact with them along with Vashishtha. He had total faith in her wife, and they were dedicated to one another. As a result, the husband bestows the Arundhati star upon his wife and announces his hope for them to share Arundhati and Vashishta's degree of dedication and love.
Abhimanyu interrupted, "Arundhati Nakshatra also has an astronomical explanation. The astronomical names of Vasistha and Arundhati are Mizar and Alcor, respectively. Both may be seen next to one another in the Saptarshi mandala or constellation of Ursa Major. It is also known as the Big Dipper. If you look at these stars with a telescope, Alcor appears as a little dot next to Mizar. Sometimes, they are referred to as the horse and the rider. Mizar, according to Giovanni Battista, was a double star.
However, Galileo stated that he had observed it and that the two stars were truly moving together. When two or more stars are present in the universe and one of them remains constant while the others circle it, this is known as a binary star arrangement. However, both in this situation share the same center of mass. In orbit, they move throughout space. As a consequence, this twin star represents the unity of a husband and wife.
It Implies that people should collaborate to pursue a common objective rather than inhibit one another. The Arundhati star is seldom visible, thus we can only see it In stages. The faint Arundhati star and the Vashishta star are located next, then the brightest stars.
Sashi answered, turning to face his husband, "Wow, spouse, you're quite knowledgeable nearly every one of these."
Abhi remarked that he only comprehended some things in full.
"Whoa dad, where did you learn about all this?" shouted Parikshit.
"Every time I ask you a question, you normally advise me to ask my mother, grandma, or grandpa the answers."
"God granted me a bank of questions in lieu of the lovely son I requested, forcing me to learn about them despite having little interest in our collection with history. I first learnt about them when my baby first started talking."
Everyone considered Abhi's words amusing. When Parikshit realized that his father would function as a question bank, he felt enraged.
When someone unexpectedly entered the wedding site, everyone was astonished.
