After a lengthy trek through the dense jungle, Rajeev, Gowthami, and Ram arrived at a little settlement nestled in a clearing.
The process used to build them was morden. Who would have guessed that there would be a hidden settlement in the middle of the jungle?
The homes, though few in number, were constructed using modern techniques, their sleek lines and sturdy materials standing in stark contrast to the wild surroundings. Who would have guessed that such a hidden settlement could exist in the middle of the jungle?
Clean, integrated, and unambiguous designs on concept areas are features of the nearby modern home. The open floors, frames, roofs, and decorations are examples of the design styles.
As Ram and Rajeev took in the sight before them, they were struck with disbelief. "This place… it's incredible," Ram whispered, his voice tinged with awe. "Nobody could claim that a location like this would be found in the heart of a forest."
The modern structures were clearly designed for comfort and sustainability, with solar panels on the roofs and water collectors positioned strategically around the homes. Yet, as they looked around, they noticed a disconcerting change in the atmosphere. The settlement, which should have been bustling with life, was eerily silent. Not a single person could be seen in the area.
Ram looked around, wondering what had happened to this location and why he couldn't see a single person. "Where had everyone gone?"
The ground was littered with debris. Personal belongings were tossed about as if people had left in a hurry. "It looks like there was some kind of attack," Rajeev observed, his doctor's instincts kicking in as he scanned the area for signs of recent struggle or injury.
Gowthami moved cautiously among the scattered items, her face reflecting both recognition and confusion. "I feel like I know this place," she murmured, picking up a discarded toy and examining it closely. "But why is it like this? What happened here?"
Ram knelt to inspect a broken piece of pottery. "Whatever it was, it happened fast," he said, glancing at the others. "Look at how everything is just… left."
The sense of abandonment was palpable. The once orderly paths between homes were overgrown with weeds and the gardens, clearly once well-tended, were now in disarray. A broken swing hung forlornly from a tree, swaying slightly in the breeze.
Rajeev felt a knot form in his stomach. "We need to find out what happened here," he said decisively. "There could be people who need help."
The settlement was eerily silent, with no signs of life beyond the four of them and Vyaaghra.
As they explored the deserted area, Without pausing, Gowthami made her way directly to the biggest edifice of them and began to examine it .
They watched as she made her way to the entrance of a large house, distinct from the others in both size and design.
The house was a marvel to behold, the largest among the few homes scattered around. Its modern architecture boasted clean lines and expansive glass windows that reflected the surrounding greenery. The exterior was a mix of stone and wood, seamlessly blending with the natural environment. A beautifully manicured garden encircled the house, now slightly overgrown but still hinting at its former splendor. Vines climbed up one side of the building, adding to its secluded charm.
Ram's eyes widened as he examined the door. "There's no lock or handle," he said, puzzled. "How are we supposed to open this?"
Rajeev turned to Gowthami, curiosity etched on his face. "Whose house is this?"
Gowthami took a deep breath, her expression a mixture of determination and nostalgia. "This was my house," she replied.
She headed to the building's front door, which is locked and without a handle of any sort.
"How to get it open" Rajeev searched for the door's doorknob.
She stepped onto the doormat and placed her hand against the smooth surface of the door. Instantly, a hidden scanner emerged, reading her palm and then moving up to scan her eyes.
"Good day, lord". A voice was heard.
A scanner scanned her whole body as she stood on the footprints.
When Ram and Rajeev were returned, they were taken aback.
This home has a scanner inside, and after the individual has been scanned, entry is granted.
It was a very feature-rich morden home.
With a soft click and a quiet whir, the door slid open, revealing the interior. The others stood back, watching in awe as Gowthami crossed the threshold.
As Gowthami entered the home, she saw that it was completely made of wood. The wood floors, wall paneling, fireplace mantels, and rafters gave the house a contemporary appearance. Dark wood floors gave a space a dramatic, lengthened appearance, while wood floors throughout the home lend depth and an earthy aspect to contemporary living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens.
Gowthami paused, taking in the familiar surroundings. "It's just as I remember," she murmured, her voice tinged with emotion.
Inside, the house was a blend of elegance and comfort. The entryway led into a spacious living room, adorned with tasteful furnishings and decorated in soothing earth tones. Large windows allowed natural light to flood the space, highlighting the intricate woodwork and modern art pieces scattered throughout. A grand staircase with polished wooden steps led to the upper floor, and to the side, an open-concept kitchen boasted sleek countertops and state-of-the-art appliances.
Ram and Rajeev followed her inside, still processing the transformation from the simple cave to this hidden sanctuary. "This place is incredible," Rajeev said, his voice hushed with awe. "But why is it so deserted?"
Gowthami walked further into the house, her fingers lightly brushing over the furniture. "I don't know," she admitted. "But we might find some answers here."
Ram, still trying to make sense of the scanner and the advanced technology hidden within the house, said, "This place is like something out of a science fiction novel. How did you have all this?"
Gowthami turned to face them, her eyes resolute. "My family had many secrets. I think it's time we uncovered them."
Although it is the same size as Rajeev's home, this one is more exquisite.
Clean lines are one of the primary features of the home, and modern interior design echoes its simplicity. The house's architecture is simple, with few decorations and clean, straight lines.
As they walked into the hall, they could not have missed the large picture of two individuals, in which Gowthami was seated on a couch and the older man was being hugged by her.
Looking curiously at the picture, Ram questioned, "Who is that individual in the frame positioned beside you? Do you recognize him?"
