A young man slowly opens his eyes on the bed, looking around at the luxurious furniture, clearly confused.

Each elemental's power is influenced by their affinity for their respective elements after the job awakening and their skill in wielding them. The strength of an elemental is determined by their level, mastery over their elements and their ability to manipulate them effectively in combat or other situations.
Everyone awakens a job because of the elements they're born with, even if they get a common job, they will awaken, there are no exceptions, the invasion of Game world just enhanced and eased the possibilities of Arcanum.
