Chapter nine:
I had no idea what to expect from a date. Wanda and her Vision didn't really do dates they just stole memories here and there to spend time together as they were on the run. My only hopes for the evening are to spend time with Wanda and maybe finally getting kissed. I didn't want to kiss Wanda when we were drunk I wanted it to be special. She seemed very excited she's been on the phone with Carol Danvers a lot and was planning for the evening.
Today we were working on team building. We were all sat around the table. Sam had found some team building workups for us to do online.
"Right so each of us takes a piece of paper write your name at the top with strengths and weaknesses. Then you are going to pass it around and each person writes what one of your strengths are and these cannot be repeated. When you get the paper back I want you to write down two biggest weaknesses we'll each discuss the answers and how we can address the weaknesses and other strengths to cover those weaknesses." Said Sam Wilson.
Getting the paper back was a eye opener. Under strengths was written.
Telekinesis.
Mind control.
Dark Magic.
Super speed.
Compassionate and loyal.
Second most powerful Avenger besides my mentor Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch.
Under weaknesses Wanda wrote.
Lack of control at times.
Too emotional.
We spent about a hour on how we could resolve these weaknesses in combat. It was actually a helpful session. The original Avengers knew each other inside out. We needed to know each other in order to do that. To let off some steam we head into the training room where Sam sat up a Jacob's ladder. It's a big piece of equipment that you have to get all of your team to the top. Each level to the gap is bigger so you have to work as a team to get to the next level. They split us into two teams. Bucky, Monica and I were not with Sam, Peter, Carol Danvers and Wanda was. We were not allowed to use our power's so it made for a interesting game.
We quickly identified that we needed the two strongest people to be the first and the last two climb up. We all did the first level by ourselves after that we left the strongest, Bucky Barnes was at the bottom to help the rest of us Monica went first as she was stronger than I was. It took ten minutes to get all the way to the top. Peter was surprisingly strong so they put him up first and left Sam at the bottom so he could help Caitlin and they were very fast. We managed to beat them by ten seconds. We all gloated to no end. The losers had to do a forfeit. We got to pie each one of them with whipped cream and paper plates. I got to do Wanda and got great joy from it. She knew it so she chased me outside and tried to give me a hug so she could cover me in it too. Eventually I gave up and just let it happen.
(Sometime later.)
I have never been this nervous for anything before in my entire life. Not sitting exams, not even my first day here. I had this plan and it was pretty perfect. A couple of days ago I found a secret hideaway at the end of the grounds of HQ there was a little cabin out there next to the lake. The cabin had a patio and a hot tub where I saw a candlelight dinner. Inside there was everything that a person could need. So I hired a 5 star chef to make us a some traditional food as well as a waitress to assist the chef and us with everything we need.
As I knocked on Wanda's door I'm over come with nerves. When she opens the door they all fall away. She looks so beautiful I feel myself getting emotional.
She was wearing a short black dress with her brown hair pulled back into a ponytail. I was really falling for this breathtaking woman in front of me.
"You take my breath away." I said as she took my arm in hers.
"You don't look so bad yourself." Replied Wanda. We then followed the path to the cabin that I found. As we near I look at Wanda and she was smiling. She almost looked emotional.
As we sit down at the table the waitress brings us some red wine. The chef speaks to us in his mother's tongue and told us what he was going to make. Wanda's face lit up. She then took my hand and scrunched up her nose.
"This is way better than I could have imagined. I can't believe how much effort you've gone too." Said Wanda.
"This cabin out here is ours. No one else knows it's here. This can be our safe place for us to get to know each other better away from everyone else. It needs some work but I thought we could do that together too." I replied.
Wanda is still smiling ear from ear. I think my work here is done. Wanda's eyes glistenied with the reflection of the moon and that's when I knew she had me. Truly madly deeply. The way her accent becomes thick when she says certain words. The way she smiles and the way she laughs my God her laugh. It's not one of those infectious ones. I was just so happy listening to her and watching her laugh. It was all worth it.
I sent the waitress and the chef home a little after ten pm. Wanda and I then headed back to the mansion together. In order to sneak us back into the compound I picked her up and sprint us back to my room. Neither of us wanted the date to end so I gave her one of my hoodies and joggers to change into so we could watch a movie together. We decided on a romantic comedy something far away from the action and reality. Wanda then snuggled into my chest and we stayed like that throughout the entire movie though I didn't watch the movie all I could think about was kissing Wanda. I knew that she wanted to take things slow but I was nervous. Once the movie finished we got to the door and my nerves kicked up a notch. I just wanted to kiss Wanda but I didn't want to rush her.
As I opened the door to say goodnight. Wanda pulled me into a kiss. It was soft and passionate and eventually became hard and full of french kissing, fiery but sweet. We both got into perfect synchronisation. It was unlike anything we had ever tasted before. I didn't want it to end. Eventually we both pulled away breathless left wanting more as we french kissed each other thirty minutes top.
"Goodnight." Said Wanda before she kissed me for a second time making this one last for five minutes straight as my fingers were still entwined in her auburn ponytail and waist. I was wrong. Nothing was more important than this moment right here with Wanda as she was still smudging her strawberry lipstick all over my mouth.
