"Why? Is someone protecting her?" One of the bodyguards asked.
"It's not that someone's protecting her. It's just not time to deal with her yet. Someone told us to wait, and in the meantime, conduct a thorough investigation. The more detailed, the better." Although Ellie wanted to teach her a lesson right away, she couldn't disobey orders from above. Otherwise, she wouldn't be able to bear the consequences.
The two bodyguards didn't ask any further. Some matters were not for them to meddle in.
An hour passed, and Isabella sat on the sofa, reviewing the photos in her camera. After confirming that they were all satisfactory, she closed her eyes and leaned back on the sofa.
