Mu clan

In the dark night , stars were like blanket spread in the sky and illuminating it. In the periphery of the Mu family , there was a dilapidated house in which a handsome boy about 16 years old sitting on the bed .

The boy had handsome but pale face with long black hair and blue eyes . His blue eyes were so beautiful that it could attract everyone towards him. He was very weak and looked like he was on the verge of dying.

He looked around the house in confusion and acted like he was seeing the house for the first time . The house was not in a good condition and looked like it going to collapse at any time. The house didn't have anything and was empty with just a few things present.

He muttered to himself while still confused about everything," Where am I ? I remember that I was at the street and was fighting the goons who were trying to harass a beautiful lady. I was stabbed by a knife while saving the lady and I died but how come I am here in this house? Where is this place ?"

While he was confused suddenly he felt huge pain in his head as he was flooded with memories that were not his own but of the original owner of the body and clutched his head in pain and tried his best to not scream as to not alert other people.

After half an hour , he completely digested the memories in his head and said to himself," So I was transmigrated from earth to this world where martial arts and cultivation are flourishing and many sects and clan are here like in any novel. I am an ordinary clan member of Mu clan of Blackrock city and my parents died by magical beast in the Blackrock mountain range 3 years ago."

The boy who transmigrated was named Mu Chen and his predecessor had the same name too . His parents died while trying to obtain a 3rd grade herb which could help their son to increase his qualifications but were killed by the 3rd tier ( Spirit Sea ) magical beast which was guarding it.

Mu Chen then looked at his weak body and low cultivation level of 3rd level of body training realm and fell into distress about his future . The future he could see of his own was nothing but blank like a white sheet of paper which was completely empty. It had nothing that could add to its value .

Due to distress and fear of his upcoming future, he couldn't sleep all night.

From his predecessors' memories he understood the world he was in was named Profound Heaven world and cultivation realm levels of this world are Body Training , Qi Condensation, Spirit Sea, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Divine Transformation , TongXuan, Nirvana etc. What the realm above Nirvana was unknown to him and for a small city like Blackrock where the strongest was only in Spirit Sea realm there was no way to find but he knew for sure that Nirvana was not the top realm of this world.

In the morning , Mu Chen walked towards the lake behind the clan to train as his predecessor always trained there. It was still early and he didn't saw anyone and went alone. After reaching near the lake , he started training the low yellow level martial art " Tiger fist " which was given to all the members of the clan . After training for years, Mu Chen could only reach the minor accomplishment mastery of Tiger fist.

( Four stage of any martial arts mastery are -Beginner , Small accomplishment, Great accomplishment, Perfection or return to origin)

Martial arts were divided into following parts i.e. Yellow , Profound, Earth, Heaven , Great Fortune, Divine, Saint , Quasi- emperor, Emperor with yellow class being the lowest and Emperor class being the highest. They were further divided into 4 parts - low , middle, top , perfect. In Mu clan , the highest level martial arts was only high level profound class which was only learnt by the Patriarch and the Great elder.

Near the lake,

With the sound of it , a small explosion occur and a punch was engraved on the stone.

Mu Chen then took a heavy breath and told to himself sadly ," It's truly exhausting to cultivate this martial technique as this weak body of mine can't even cultivate properly . Am I truly going to die as a weakling? Is there no future where I can be a strong person? I don't wish to die as a weakling. "

Mu Chen then sighed and walked towards his house. He then walked towards the arena where other children of the Mu clan were training. On the arena , two boys were fighting. One was using spear and other was just using his fists. Both fought for hundreds of round. Then both said simultaneously," This will be my final attack. Brace for it ."

Both attacks collided and when the dust settled it was shown that the boy with spear knelt down in his legs and coughed blood while the boy using fist was just breathing heavily .

" Mu Feng wins "

The results were announced and all spectators cheered in a loud voice .

" Senior brother Feng is truly strong. "

"Yes , he defeated senior brother Zhan only by his fists and he practised the Mountain Breaking Fist to great accomplishment."

" Senior brother Feng is at 9th body training realm and is only one step away from the Qi Condensation realm. He will be 18 years old next month ."

" Brother Zhan is also very strong . He is 18 years old and also at the 9th body training realm and can fight against brother Feng for hundred of rounds . "

" Looks like apart from Mu Cheng , the son of clan leader who is the genius, Mu Feng is the strongest among the younger generation."

" Yeah , I heard that young master Mu Cheng has reached 1st level of Qi Condensation realm and will participate in the assessment to join the Earth dao sect one month later. "

Mu Chen was listening to all the conversations and was sad and angry at himself for being weak and not having enough qualifications for joining Earth dao sect.

When he was about to leave, he heard a heartless voice in his mind .

" Do you want to bound to the Fate devouring system?"

Mu Chen was astonished and was happy that he found a hope in the darkness he was in.

Mu Chen replied excitedly " Yes."

A fellow member heard him and asked ,"What yes ?"

Mu Chen replied," Nothing."

He realised that he was too excited and thus replied loudly.

He then heard a voice ," Welcome host to bound to fate devouring system. You can ask any questions through your mind . "

He asked in his mind ,' What are your functions?'

System replied," Fate devouring system will help the host to reach the pinnacle of the cultivation . It can help you see the fate and opportunities of anyone around you and helping you stealing their chances or encounters thus becoming stronger. "

Fate are represented by different color like

Black , Grey , White , Yellow , Green , Blue , Red , Purple , Gold.

Black represent death , grey as life and death situation, white as normal life without any achievements.

Mu Chen then looked towards a fellow member of his clan and a panel appeared in front of him .

Mu Chen was stunned. He saw the script part of the panel where Rise of Human Emperor was written. He didn't know who was the protagonist of the script.

He muttered to himself," It looks like there are many protagonists in his world . It will be quite interesting. "

He then looked at himself and a panel appeared

Fate - Black ( Death )

Script - Passerby in the " Rise of Human Emperor "

Recent opportunities - In order to become stronger, tried to forcefully breakthrough but got backlashed and damaged his foundation, became cripple and died.

Mu Chen scalp was numb. He died and didn't had any achievements in his life. But then he understood that without system, he would have tried to breakthrough forcefully and said to himself ," I will never die as a weakling in this life , with the fate devouring system, I will definitely reach the pinnacle of this world and change my fate. Now I have to steal the opportunities of other people to change my black destiny.

He then saw Mu Feng who was surrounded by fellow clan members who were praising him and a panel appeared.

Script - Early cannon fodder villain of " Rise of Human Emperor "

Recent opportunities - 3 days later went to the lake in the back of the clan to train and found a 6th level of Marrow cleansing liquid under a rock which helped him breakthrough the Qi Condensation realm and widened his meridian and improved his talent .

But before he could rise , 2 weeks later he was killed by Mu Tian , the protagonist of the " Rise of Human Emperor " script.

{ Arrogant } - Looks down on weak and poor people and bullies them due to which he can attract hatred of others .

{ Death } - Due to provoking someone he shouldn't have, he will die .

Mu Chen understood how Mu Feng was able to win against Mu Zhan who was using spear by his fists as he has talent in fist related exercises which helped him got upper hand against Mu Zhan and the reason for his death was because he offended Mu Tian, the protagonist.

Mu Chen also noticed that the protagonist of the " Rise of Human Emperor" script was Mu Tian . He had little impression of Mu Tian as he was also a good for nothing like himself and was the son of the clan head but he didn't expect that he was a tiger pretending to be a pig. He was able to kill Mu Feng after he broke through Qi Condensation realm . As a protagonist, he will have countless opportunities to plunder.

" Looks like I have to meet this protagonist to see what chances he has . I am looking forward to meet him. But first, I have to take the opportunity of Mu Feng . "

After saying this, he ran towards the lake in the back .
