A land of darkness in the ancient days, a land of ice, a land of misfortune, a frozen land, known to many cultures in the past across the globe in different names.
Terra Frigida in Roman culture, Chóra Psychrá in Greek, Kemet Heryt in ancient Egyptian, Ilu Gbigbona and Anị Ifu in old Nigerian.
But it is known to all in one, Ceald Land or The Cold Country.
In the old days, no one dared ventured into that wasteland, as all who ventured either came out mad and ridden with the intense craving for human flesh or were never seen again.
For it was that land where the legend of the Windigo was found.

In old tales, it is an undead creature of evil.
It is said that wendigos are actually humans who were cursed because they ate human flesh out of greed.
They say it is a 16 ft humanoid thing that has a deer's skull for a head, dying rotten flesh and a heart of ice.
The creature is cursed with an insatiable hunger for human flesh and immortality to forever walk the icy deserts of the world, a cursed and hated animal.
But it can be defeated by piercing through its frozen heart.
But the unfortunately the wendigo can pass on the curse by biting a human victim or mating with one(please don't ask me how that works).
And as a wendigo's gene is stronger, the abominable child of a wendigo could pass on the curse through the genes from one generation to another.

Ceald Land or more modernized Cold Country.
A cursed land, an empty mysterious vast of icy desert, or... At least until 20XX, where an actual country was formed.
The population rose and it became a well known country.
In its heart, young Elliam, a girl with a dark past, after being given another opportunity in life struggles to forget her past and focus on her new life, a new country, her new parents, her new school, her new friends, but is the past and the curse inside her just as ready to forget about her?
How could Elliam live with her human friends and family with the hunger for their flesh haunting her?
Simultaneously in her city, multiple persons have started to go missing.
Pursued by her mad dreams and her Windigo Psychosis, Elliam would deal with her problems alone and decides to research more on her predicament.
In doing so, she found something shocking.
She wasn't the only person cursed in her city, there were 3 others and 2 were right in her school!
There was something sus about this, people going missing without a trace and three no four wendigo hybrids in a city at once.
It probably wasn't as she thought, was it?
She tries finding their whereabouts but only succeeds in finding one, whose whereabouts was surprisingly very obvious.
