Shenna glanced at the half-open window, then shifted her gaze toward Ross. Somehow, the two of them came to similar conclusions.
"I'll go check the cameras."
Ross left the bathroom after more doctors and nurses arrived. He felt reassured knowing that Shenna was present. He believed that Yonah was in capable hands. The only thing he could help with now was investigating the incident.
It was just yesterday that Celia confronted the young girl inside his restaurant. And now, Yonah was attacked again, just under his nose, which enraged him.
For the first time, Ross felt useless—the girl he loved the most kept hurting because of him.
He is aware that his admirers like to slander Shenna, but his girlfriend does not back down. Instead, she retaliated when she lashed out.
Therefore, he knew Shenna couldn't be embarrassed by those girls but could protect herself.
