"What do you mean?" I asked her as she shuts her eyes opening them as she growled.
"Mate".
My eyes snapped open in an instant, I looked around, seeing I was in my room, I placed my hand on my chest as I took deep breaths. I ran my hand through my hair as I sat up.
"Fuck, what did she mean by mate...does it mean" I thought but I don't want to believe it, he could be my mate but if he was, he would've told me a long time ago.
I stood up from the bed going to open the blinds and unfortunately Cyrus was no where to be found, I rolled my hair in a bun as I went to freshen up.
I was dressed in a red hoodie and matching shorts as I walked downstairs, the maids who were cleaning the living room bowed as I waved at them with a smile.
"Where is Cyrus?" I asked one of the maids.
"He is in the dining with the rest of his friends ma'am" she said as I nodded heading to the dining, as I walked in, the smell of food was in the air, it made my stomach rumble.
"Good morning everyone" I greeted as I sat in the middle of Kai and Cyrus, Lilith was besides Kai, her hair was left to fall down the sides of her face, she wore a pink dress that was loose but still looked beautiful on her.
"Was he really that hard?" Kai asked as I picked up my spoon, I blushed as I smacked his arm playfully.
"We didn't do anything and what would give you such assumptions?" I demanded from Kai who smirked at me but he didn't answer he faced Lilith as he chatted with her. Lilith looked like a weak, frail, person that the wind could actually blow away.
"How was your night?" Cyrus finally asked me as I turned to look at him, his hair was slightly ruffled, he wore an all black outfit giving him that bad boy aura.
"Uh, it was fine, just had a very pleasant and unpleasant dream" I sighed out as he turned to me with his eye brow cocked.
"Unpleasant?, care to share" he asked as but I just looked at my food looking up at him with a weary smile.
"I'll tell you later" I said as Kai finally put down his spoon, clearing his throat.
"So you guys should be happy I helped you build up that barrier without using resources and also I think we need to visit the Star blood's pack" Kia said as me and Cyrus looked at each other before looking at him.
"Why?!" I exclaimed as he chuckled deeply.
"Well Linda is about to be crowned Luna and we need to be there, or don't you guys want to see something interesting?" Kai said with a sly smile, I couldn't help but shake my head at his playful behaviour.
"When is it?" I asked him as he thought for a while.
"This night, we should be there by 6pm, so we can enjoy the show" Kai said as Lilith stared at me with a cute giggle, I shook my head.
"Okay till then" I said as we continued eating.
By 5:30 pm, I was in my room, looking through the dresses I brought along with me but I couldn't seem to find the perfect one, I wanted to out shine the Luna of that damned pack. I heard a knock on the door as I sighed in frustration who could this be?.
"Come in" I yelled as Cyrus stepped in, he was wearing a red shirt that had buttons and the front, the first few buttons were left opened to expose his buffed chest, the sleeves hugged his muscular arms, he wore a matching red pants and black shoes, his hair was slicked to the side and I just noticed that he had piercings, he wore a gold watch that made hia dressing look exquisite.
"Done checking me out?" Cyrus's voice snapped me out of my thoughts as I blushed softly.
"I don't have literally anything to wear"I groaned as I fell to the bed, Cyrus looked around the room as he let out a dark chuckle, he stretched out his hand to me as I grabbed it standing up, he pulled me so I was close to him with his arms wrapped around my waist.
"Here" he finally said handing me a bag, I collected it from him bringing out the dress, it was a red sequin dress and red heels, I turned to him as he smirked.
"It's so pretty Cyrus"I said and for the first time I actually said his name, I hugged him as he wrapped his hands around my waist, I kissed his cheek as I ran into the bathroom. I took off my clothes as I wore the dress, the dress hugged my curves on the right places making me look sexy and alluring, it showed a great amount of my cleavage but I didn't mind, I slipped on the heels as I noticed it was made of crystal I squealed in excitement. I walked out of the bathroom seeing Cyrus seated, he turned to look at me with a smirk.
"I knew it would fit you" he said but his eyes was glued to my chest as I giggled, I giggled as I quickly touched up my makeup adding smoking red lipstick, my hair was curled and let to fall over my shoulders, I put on some simple yet beautiful jewelry as I smiled in satisfaction of the look.
"You look beautiful as ever Ari" Cyrus said as I blushed.
"All thanks to you, you're literally a life saver" I said as I hooked my hands with his, we left the room heading downstairs.
"We thought you guys wouldn't come downstairs, nice dress Ariana" Kai said as I smiled at him, I noticed he was wearing the same clothes as Cyrus it was just that his own was white and Lilith was wearing a white dress that made her look like an angel.
"Shall we?" Kai said wrapping his arm around Lilith's waist.
"Let's do this" I said with a giggle as we walked out of the house.
