Sullivan was the first to pull back from their kiss, his breathing slightly uneven. "I kept thinking about you while I was working," he murmured, his voice laced with a hint of wonder. "That's never happened to me before."

Dahlia's lips curled into a playful smile as she looked up at him. "So, I've started distracting the ever-focused prince, have I?" she teased, her tone light yet filled with affection.

Sullivan chuckled, a soft, low sound, and leaned in close, his lips grazing her ear. With a gentle touch, he removed her earring, placing it carefully on the bedside table.

He trailed a line of tender kisses down her neck, pausing just long enough to whisper, "Isn't that a sign of losing your mind over someone? Of falling... maybe even too hard?"
