Crossing the line! Again! Screw him!
All these horrid thoughts filled Sebastian's mind.
He was internally screaming, regretting everything that he had said to Jylan. As it always was after he had said something mind-bogglingly rude, he felt like smashing one of those red bricks downstairs on his head until he was knocked out cold and would never get the chance to be so horrid again.
It was too late to apologize by now…
He smacked himself on the head, using that as a makeshift for the brick. For now.
The one person (aside from ) that he could have called a friend… the opportunity had gone down the drain. Typical for a temperamental, moody introvert like him. He was living up to the word "tyrant" now, huh?
His parents had always hated introverts. They had always prayed for him to grow up friendly and talkative around others, getting married in the blink of an eye once the time had come, leading troops into war with smart tactics not just blabbering off. They had raised him at first to be that way. They had always encouraged him to hang out with other princes and princesses – that's actually why he met Lei – and didn't let him stay in his room or at the library long.
If he was in the bathroom for over five minutes, they'd go knocking at the door asking what happened.
But, as having children always goes, they never fit into your expectations. Not really. The moment they passed away, his personality completely flipped around.
He was stuck in his room, the library, and even the bathroom all the time, greatly disappointing the servants who wished to carry out the late rulers' will. Despite his wish to go out, the wars left him stuck in the castle, only going out for extremely special occasions.
Except for that one –
Sebastian's head stung, and he returned to his other memories.
